Thank you for this video. I was thinking of getting a pair of Well Lamont but I have smaller hands and so this saves me from buying a pair.

Thanks for the video. I've tried so many gloves and tired having fall apart after the first few weeks. I'll give the VGO a try

Tillman is good but still in the 20$ range. Sullivan and jrc are in the 60$ range and it shows. Last 3 times as long! Warm in the winter no lining! Elk skin from jrc black Buffalo from Sullivan and you'll spend 140$ but never be happier!

i have a pair of the Leather Palm High Dexterity FX3 Wells Lamant and also out of Goatskin, great so far, one month in. As a package deliver driver i need superb dexterity and durability and these gloves are it. my gloves are black so i use black athletic tape for the finger tips to get a little bit more milage out of them

Pro tip: If the fingers on your leather gloves are too loose, get out your propane torch. While wearing the gloves LIGHTLY kiss the fingers with the torch. Once you see how it'll react you can go to town. The leather will shrink rapidly and you can custom fit the gloves to your fingers. For god sakes, don't burn your hand off...or do I don't care.

You don't care if someone burns their hand following your pro tip? Then don't give such tips.

@@chang.stanley Never heard of gloves without stitching. If my reply above was confusing I was basically telling video tapes that he shouldn't try it if he thinks he would burn off the stitching.

Try Tillman gloves. Love them. They make just about any type of glove you want for welding or work

@@OldSoulMillennial Not really, Ive only ever seen them in specialized heavy industrial/fabrication shops. Amazon carries them though. They have goat skin "driving gloves" similar to the ones you showed in the video. I really like them and most models are under $10 and USA made I believe.

Ya know, you would think that being in the glove making business since 1906 (and at one time being the most popular glove maker on the planet) they would fix some of these glaring issues. I mean, why not make at least the palm of the glove all one solid piece??

Well I took your advice and what a total fukn let down. Those POS gloves vgo gloves cuff are way too small, and too open. The gloves are constantly sliding down my hand which sucks balls.

sorry to hear that. To this day, I continue to buy these gloves. Doing primarily finish carpentry work and I've yet to find anything better. Cheers.

I was curious about how tight the wrist enclosure is… I really like the fit of the brown mechanix wear cow driver glove but I hate the brown color.
Don’t judge me lol but a lot of us like to wear this style glove for slow pitch softball. Cheaper and more durable than most batting gloves.
