I don’t think King Gizzard has made me happier than they have now. My sister is intellectually-disabled and loves music, and I’m a huge Gizz fan. So fantastic to see Gizz bringing joy to kids’ lives.
What other band does this shit? Less than two weeks after touring the ENTIRE United States, they go and do a performance for a non profit. Those kids will remember that day for the rest of their lives, and so should all of us. This more than anything shows that Gizz just fucking love music- and all people. They really are, undeniably, the greatest band of all time. And they’re STILL mid-career. I can’t believe I’m so lucky to be around for them.

Flight b741's composition to me is all about collaboration between every member of the group bringing its own thing, and here, with these kids collaborating, the music shines even more.
