hi brother thank you for the video sorry I am French and don't understand everything you say I understood that it was necessary to use the UV 2 hours per day during the flowering phase on the other hand the infrared ones must be used when during the flowering phase and how long ? because spider farmer recommends using them 15 minutes before the lights come on and 15 minutes after the lights go out which brings the lunar cycle into glory at 12:30 and that's not what we want, we want 12 hours of night for no cherie please helpe?

As I understand, you’re familiar with MIGRO. I just asked Shane about my fixture not having IR/UV - and told him I’m using bulb splitters with CFLs as compensation/supplement. I then asked about the light he was reviewing (novatech 1000w i think) which didn’t have IR/UV and he said it’s not necessary.
As I’m aware CFLs do pump out a bit of IR/UV, so my question would be, are they justifiable to keep. Since theres 4 ea @23w

You can certainly complete a whole grow without adding supplemental UV light, so Shane isn't wrong. But it does help, so you can definitely keep your CFL lights. We are currently growing with the Sun System RS 1850 LED and running CFL lights alongside it. If you're maybe worried about wattage then you could sacrifice the CFL's but otherwise it shouldn't hurt.

Sincerest appreciation for the reply, team. I’m not too concerned about the extra wattage consumed, and as I’m aware CFLs can either produce blue or red depending on cool or warm white. So I’ve been exchanging the cool with warm white once in flower. I just think i needed reassurance since i kinda know the parameters, given IR and/or UV exclusive bulbs are only really required a few hours/day… or maybe longer but at minimal wattage (if available??).
I’m not quite sure if the nm or the Kelvin are the same as CFLs, but i guess that might depend on wattage comparison/variance.
Sorry for the long read and boy oh boy that 1850 looks like a killer. 720w, very nice. That’s not even including the extra CFL watts you’re running. I’m running a 480w bar with a Bloom Plus 250w and the CFL splitters. So, 1190w all together - in a 4x4. Four weeks away from harvest.
Thanks again mate. Mad respect from Down Under. 🤙🏾

@@SamFBM that's not true. There's UVA, UVB and UVC. All three wavelengths effect cannabis plants in different ways, not all are beneficial and another can seriously damage you yourself and your plant. (I will let you educate yourself on what does what, and when you should be introducing them to the lighting schedule/life of plant)

Waaaaay to overpriced, you don't show efficiency on product page, how much micro moles per watts ?? UV LEDs are terribly uneficient, bulbs are way cheaper and far superior, and I can make this uv led light myself for 50 bucks or less, that's a rip off here
