Can you use Royalmix for seedlings > vegetative?

It's 1.5-2.0 EC. Great for veg and early bloom but too hot for seedling (I wouldn't go over 1.0 EC for starting). You need to flush it or maybe add a bit of coco or something that has no nutrients to dilute substrate's hotness.
