      I would do drills as a warm-up on the track-days and weights on tuesday and saturday

    To bad my coaches never taught me this...deep inside the 400m vould have been more of my race...i never was good in that event

      Research 10 core exercises for sprinters or quarter milers and do 50 repetitions of each: 50x10=500
