She is so beautiful damn man 🥰
SAVAGE90000640 Gaming Chil bruh. Aaron Ross ain’t no bitch. 🤣
This looks promising. It's a good mind set for training without a coach. I'll go with it...........
I just came off from Mr. Darren Stow who gave a short video on how to manage your race over the 400m and it's kinda like the video done by a Mr. Latif Thomas...........................
i have been waiting for a sanya training plan yessss . this is going to help my summer training THANK YOU !!!!
I think you should have some sort of training under your belt before attempting this kind of program
Please give advice on how to adapt this to a 65 year old woman.. I am not a couch potato but want to start sprinting again
What pace are the 700m at?
What’s the pace @ 400 meter ?
Thank you 400m Queen!!
I'm a distance runner with approximately 6 fast-twitch muscle fibers in my whole body, but I'm trying some sprinting for a change this summer because it's too dang hot and humid for marathon work. I don't think I'll be able to hit the suggested women's times for these workouts!
Ha, this made me laugh out loud for real
@@david7395 update: I hit my goal for the 200, fell short in the 400 but still PR'd before having a hamstring issue from a car crash. Never was fast enough to measure up to the ladies running these workouts.
@@macksonamission1784 Lol I feel your pain. Took me 3 years of track to get down to a 50 in the 400. Kid walks on and runs a 46 after 1 month of training and breaks the school record
@@david7395 sounds about right. But I can't help but think the persistence and dedication you put into your 50 is part of what made you who you are today. People to whom things come easily don't learn the same lessons. In the long run, unless you're Olympic caliber, what matters is not the running you do but the man running makes of you.
@@macksonamission1784 Amen to that
Absolutely love this. Salute!!!!!
Desean Gibir that’s hi in French
Should this be done in the off-season, pre-season, or during the season?
Blitz Swan off-season
Luh VA how is it going
Y’all Rocked this! I’m rookie track coach/ex track athlete-sprinter from 90’s. I’ve personally kept up my track training over the years for personal fitness and Just got my dream opportunity to coach track including my HS daughter and ES son. I have a lot of beginners on my squad but some seasoned athletes as well. This is just what I need to provide structure to my practices! I’m literally sending this video to my sprinters and is going to type out the instructions! Printing you guys face out on the front cover and giving y’all ALL the credit🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I made myself a 400m training plan for this season and it’s exactly like this… I should become a coach🤣🤣
Наконец-то хоть где-то примерный план подготовки на 400 метров дают,а то смотришь,почти везде на 100 и 200 метров планы идут
At what part of the season did you do this program?
Certainly not at the start of training because if so that’s asking for an injury
Some Great Training Strategies! Wish I could tell what I did today..#TopSecret
Looking forward to feeling out that double long run next week.
How does the time relate to young girls in high school?
Thank you, boo!
Super helpful!
700 m ? Tha fuck ?
This man should show like training gaga?
Is this off-season
What type of core work?
Nice. I'm 30 next week... Am I too old to start running 400? Can I expect to brake 55 seconds? Ran 58 today on my 3rd ever attempt, I'm fit but never done much running 🏃 but I've really enjoyed having a go at the 400 m
Might be late but it's never too late just watch yourself I'm no coach or something just listen to your body and dont hury yourself
And u can definitely break 55
30 is not old at all! Plenty of opportunity to improve and work on your time!
People break records at 35. Never ask anyone is it too late. Ask yourself and see how far you can go!! Nobody will know what you can do!!
Never too late.. I did 2 4x400m races in a weekend 2yrs ago. Previous to that I was 15. I'm now 58. Never say Never.
At my alma mater 😭
Thanks!
Thank you!
What about Saturday and Sunday?
Rest and recover
Is this for the off season?
Olisaelloka Tasieamadi i Dont think its for offseason since they Are running with spikes
No Saturday, or no Sunday. Sprinters get it easy
Running slow miles takes no athleticism and minimal time to recover from. Sprinting and lifting heavy weights takes a lot to recover from. If you don’t recover you don’t run fast. So tired of that runner mentality where more is better and sprinters are lazy it’s very ignorant.
Anthony Wilson slow miles my ass. I understand the point you are trying to implement but at the same time you dissed long distance runners as well.
Sprinting is at a higher intensity so rest is 2x as important. Distance running isn’t intense at all...
Kboy12 distance running isn’t intense lol
Archie Southwell that’s what I said.
