Wow, you could stuff that with almost anything, pizza toppings, soft pretzel cheese, thin sliced ham and butter, mashed potato's and bacon bits, maybe mac and cheese or even pulled pork for the summer bbq etc etc. GOOD IDEA I like it. Great video! I usually stuff these with shrimp salad, or chicken salad. Your recipe for bread dough is fabulous, but you can also "cheat" a bit by using Pillsbury (refrigerated) pop 'n fresh dough. To further simply, (rather than rolling out foil), I use my smaller metal horn molds (for pastry) which have always worked beautifully with thawed puffed pastry sheets and piped-in sweet cream filling. Thank you for posting this tutorial -- Everyone should try some version of this, they're surprisingly easy to make and the results looks very professional.
I made mine with Gluten free flour and all I needed to do was make the flour bread flour ( by adding baking powder and salt) and then added 1 cup of milk instead of 2/3 nd an extra tablespoon of butter. They turned out beautifully! IButtery and delicious, Can't wait to fill them with something delicious (too late at night right now for me lol)

Looks delicious ! Just a friendly advice; you should never allow your food to be in direct contact with aluminium foil. The metal seaps into your food that way. So, cover your foil-cones with an additional layer of bakingpaper. ;)
I've actually made these once before (I found them on my Yummly app) and they are really nice! Just be warned, for the average person, let a bit of time lapse before having your first and second helping, lol! They're decievingly filling! Hope made bread tends to be a bit denser than store bought, so you won't realise that your stomach is full until far too late...if you're not careful, lol! But do try these! Theyre a lot of fun to make, and they look really fancy, and are sure to impress guests and family alike! Also good for packed lunches!

In Japan, we have a similar thing called a Choco Cornet and it's basically just a pastry filled with chocolate, custard, bean paste, or something else.

***** Being an yeast dough I wouldn't recommend to be prepared with 2 days in advance, 1 day should be fine, and refrigerated not frozen.
