8:40 how did you know the squares size would fit without using a grid?

It’s a bit difficult to see but I click once to being up the rectangle menu. I knew I wanted 14 squares and I also knew that the width was 2800 pixels iirc (3000 pixels - the two squares of 100 pixels each). 2800 / 14 is 200 :)
