That would be a serious issue. At 80% battery it was only capable of 60kmh? With updated software on a 2024 you should not be experiencing that kind of performance.
This is a direct consequence of blocking Chinese EVs. The options we have in Canada are extremely poor. Overpriced poorly built Teslas, some meh Korean EVs or taking a chance on a Vietnamese brand. I'd sell it.
Watch out folk, Canada is extremely cold weather in winter so this vinfast(new brand with many EV car parts from china) mostly never test in this kind of environment then should think twice before owning one in CANADA.

Limp mode due to low battery SOC?
You are at 3% battery. The car is in limp mode, it is trying to prevent you from running it to zero and destroying the battery.
