Okay so honestly. Fellow cat mom here, best thing I’ve gotten for my anxiety when leaving my kitty is a cat cam. Helps a lot you can see them anywhere anytime!

You should get a camera so you can check on Elle when you’re away! We have a Wyze cam from Amazon (the one that you can move from your phone) that I use to check on our dog and it’s a lifesaver for my anxiety about leaving her.
I love how you worried about Elle while you were gone, such a good cat mama💕 you should buy the Wyze pet camera of off Amazon! It’s super cheap and you can check on her while you’re gone!

I totally understand the crying when Will leaves. Today my husband had to leave to go back home (I'm out of state for work for a year with the military) and I sobbed like a baby. Ugh I'm so happy to see that in a few years into the future you two are living your dreams TOGETHER in NYC! I can't wait for that phase of life with my hubby!!! BTW I sit on my 12-hour shifts and watch your videos ALL DAY LOL. I've been doing that since July and let me tell ya- I never get tired of watching. I felt so bad for you when you were upset! It’s such a huge change. So glad you have Elle. And yes- can you believe I had my mom check in on my kitten the first week I had her, when I was working ? 😆 I was so afraid she’d be scared alone. Of course mom called to tell me she was fine 💖💖💖 So I totally understand that.

This already reminds me of how I moved away from my hometown, my parents moved out of the country i moved to a new city where i knew no one I lived alone with my cat in my first apartment and my bf lived almost 2 hours away. Fast forward five years I just moved back close to my hometown, my parents are back in the US, I live 25 minutes away from my bf and about to start internships to finish my degree and graduate in December😊

Leaving each other I feel like never gets easier, but I always try to look at it as one day we won't have to leave each other again except for like work/normal day to day stuff. You're not alone feeling sad, and getting readjusted is SO DIFFICULT EVERY TIME! You got this girl!

I was long distance with my now husband for 6 years including our first year of marriage, he was in Illinois and I was in so cal. Making time to talk everyday and communication is key! You guys got this! ♡

The wine glasses are pretty! I was nervous about my dog; when I got her 4 years ago. I slept in the family room with her for two weeks. I am always nervous for her because she hates airplanes. My favorite sweet treat is pb oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with banana instead of an egg. A great simple french toast is two eggs mixed with a mashed banana (medium), cinnamon, and vanilla. I need to try the cheeses. I would love to see a kitchen tour. I have vlogged a little in public, and I always feel akward. I hope you and Elle have a great week!

Make sure to be careful with the fresh flowers - cats LOVE to eat them and some are poisonous for them.
I have 2 dysons and they are amazing!! I totally understand why people love them. Plus Dyson customer service is so great. My battery died after 3 yrs and they replaced it for free, no questions asked. If you have a Dyson service center by you, you can take it once a year and they'll check it over and clean it out for free.

TIP: Always take a list. I recommend sea salt, the pink stuff?? Olive oil is important. And vegetable oil. Don't forget whatever kind of milk you drink. My mom would walk Neko like a dog, her former cat. My mom wants to get me a new vacuum for Christmas. One like that. Everything but the bagel is a good seasoning to get, and don't forget Paprika and cinnamon. LOL, blackberries are my favorite too!!! I always make too many comments.

Awe Lauren... sweetie... I know exactly what it feels like to be long distance. I'm not going to lie... it's going to be tough but the moment you see them again is the best feeling of love in the world. Distance makes the heart grow stronger. Me and my boyfriend have done long distance on and off for a total of 3 years and I can tell you, from experience, it makes relationships truly mean something and you both grow so much in the relationship.
As a cat owner I always feel the exact same way and get anxiety when I leave them 😂 #catmomlife
