My husband is the same way. He could not care less how the house is decorated. He has his little corner for his games/collections and art stuff and that’s all he wants. He is an artist though so most of the artwork in the house are his originals outside of family photos. He actually likes my taste and we agree on almost everything. (Yes I do still ask his opinion)

I haven’t made it through your whole video yet but wanted to comment a tip before I forgot. When I moved to NY we had minimal storage space and a little back I found was having command hooks or shower caddy’s on the inside of my coat closet, laundry door, and cabinet under the sink! It provided me with more storage for the small random things and places to hang my umbrella, reusable bags, etc on ♥️
Iv gotta say watching this today made me start those little projects in my place iv been wanting to do since I moved in so thank you for the motivation!!!

I recommend a diaphanous earth bathmat. It is not a regular bathmat because it is made out of earth but when you step on it it's like stepping on a slab of stone. Just dry yourself off on it and then leave -The water evaporates from the mat and returns to being completely dry. I love ours. We keep our first aid in a kit in the kitchen In a drawer.

First get you an outlet covers for you bathroom since you hung your towel there to avoid fires. Especially since New York gets bad storms and is known to loss power and have massive power surges. Second you need to get you the cute Target first aid carrier. It’s small but holds so much first aid stuff that allows to condense all your first aid stuff. Third, try using the small drawer organizer in your bathroom mirror above the tips to use as extra shelves so it won’t be wasted space. Lastly I would Google where to buy a long shower curtain in the city!

Great tip! Lots of our doors are either folding or sliding doors so I can’t utilize the back part 😭

Try putting sticky putty under the tray on the back of your toilet so it won’t move around.Thants what I do and it works great!
