I've been playing Shulk a lot lately, and it's crazy how well Crackshoot works against him. The burst range + frame data beats pretty much all of Shulk's aerials
I really think Japan should have played some of their heavy hitters earlier. Riddles and Kola are arguably the best on the USA team, so I think putting Proto in early or something would have helped. Putting Ness against Roy wasn’t a good move imo
They did Zomba dirty by putting him up against Proto. That is a nightmare of a matchup and they should have started with Marss and saved Zomba for Tea.
It's very clear to see that the Americas have gotten a lot stronger ever since the Frostbite 2019 crew battle. Guys like Riddles and Kola are devastating new allies, and some players like Cosmos have swapped to new mains that work a better for them. And this didn't even include any of the Mexican demons like Leo, Sparg0 and Maister. They were previously dominated by Japan but this time it's Japan that got sent back to the drawing board.
Can Kola not use his counter against the Ness Up B recovery? I figured that would be an easy stock every time he attempts to come back to stage. I havent tested if the counter works on Ness's Up B though.
Leaving Cosmos as the anchor was... inadvisable in my opinion, but it ended up working out XD. In all seriousness though, good stuff to both teams, this was a blast to watch
As a Cosmos fan, it was fun to see him finish things off in strong fashion vs. Tea's Kazuya. They should do this event again sometime! He had a chat with Tweek & co. on Tweek's UA-cam show back in late March, where they talked over the idea for a crew battle a lot like this one that ended up coming in early July.
Each player keeps their stocks between games. So if you won the previous match with 2 stocks left, at the start of the next game you're supposed to SD once so you're back at 2 stocks.

Also it was a better choice putting in Zomba over Marrs against a Min Min. Proto would've eliminated Marrs and then you would've had Zomba and Cosmos left. If you look at how Proto just destroyed Zomba would you really think it be fine to just put him against Proto who basically took Zomba out with no problem at all. Zomba took one stock off Proto and probably wouldn't have taken a stock off Tea. Zomba did a good job at holding his own against Proto though. Marrs lost a stock and but then took a stock from Tea which was good. Making Cosmos not really scared of Tea at all. A plan can work right if everyone will do there part right.
R.O.B. actually does well against Min Min from what I know. It was still unwise to do this, though, cause Proto's proven himself extremely capable of dealing with R.O.B.

Japan is missing multiple heavy hitters but still took US & Canada to last game. If Tea wasn't just mashing and trolling they actually could've won. Japan is the strongest region.
