Sending Sonix up against Ken seems like a really bad decision. Sonic naturally has a good deal of trouble with disjoints, Ken knows Sonic in-and-out, and Sonix's playstyle is heavy on the kinds of edgeguards Seph makes impossible. Joker's Speed is split between movement and attack speed. His movement is just slow enough that Min Min is capable of handling him. That being said, Protobanham plays Min Min in a way that probably can't take advantage of the matchup the way a solo min min specialist should be able to.
@@pinguselen6771 best at a character can be an oversimplification. Proto is the best Min Min by far with results and ledge trapping and edge guarding and mashout and timing mixup. He does not mix play style and arm selection to fit a matchup the way xerzal does. Best results player knowing the most about the character they play in the game is only sometimes true in smash. Proto might still be using ram ram only in neutral if nair wasn't nerfed. Not because it's always the best approach but because he is good enough to win with it (prepatch).
