You got my sub! I'm taking the test Saturday for NJ. Love the fact that there is no ego, just professionalism, charm, and hard work. Blessings man hope 2024 is your year!!
I just got a good job at Quest in north NJ, I want to buy a home where i live in the basement and cash flow the 2 other units. I will definitely be making a call soon!
Great video and lots of great content - I'm looking forward to seeing how you progress with your rental units. It was good seeing you at some of the open houses in Bloomfield! Currently looking for my first Multi family in that area.
I been watching your videos for awhile now and ur growth is inspiring. I wish You had classes or seminars to show newbies like me that are in the market for rental properties how to buy right, how to get the renovation costs as low as possible how to vet contractors and just all around tricks of the trade that you’ve learned on ur journey.
Thanks! Please continue making these. I called you for some advice but I understand you're busy. I'm hoping January 2022 you can be my realtor, looking for my first property, FHA live in one of the units.
I just found this page and I’m so inspired by everything you’re covering. When I’m looking for real estate videos I want to see NJ and the numbers, neighborhoods..possibilities. Thank you for making these! Also, how do you get a house meter in your basement?!
How are you doing sir? My name is Frank I’m from Camden New Jersey. I have a family property I grew up on this property we’ve had this property for over 30 years. It has three apartment and a garage and a small mom and Pops storefront the property. it’s in my brothers name, but still belongs to my mother. I wanna purchase the property I want to know if you can help me and give me some advice. Thank you.
How to protect yourself as a buyer and what type of homework one needs to do in order to know is the house is fair value or good deal? What price strategies do buyers need to know?
Great question!! In an ever changing market it’s important that you hire a realtor that has experience and long history of sales. I would rattle off a ton of information right now but there’s just too much to know.
No, I do not. Acquiring a real estate license to me is to sell real estate. It’s a profession in itself and other agents are not likely to want to work with someone who reps themselves

What's the oldest you'd go on a investment property in jersey....age of the home. The ones I've been looking at are 1920s is that typical? Tia
Yes that’s typical, but my ideal property would be built in 1950s or newer. 1920s homes tend to have a lot of repair and maintenance issues.
Awesome video and valuable info.
Thanks man!
This is so so inspiring. How can I reach you brother? Or do have a training? I just subbed to the channel

The meters usually come inside the basements….most people want them moved to the outside
