Hey beefy I just got a 7900xtx and 7800x3d and running about 300fps. But like once a game it drops hard to 100fps. Any idea what it could be? Thank you for all the tip videos this is my first pc in many years.

@beefy plz help on amd 7800x3d / 7900xtx combos lot of us having lot of stuttering on Urzikstan big map. What would you suggest to do??
In warzone 3 on urzikstan there’s now huge frame drops in certain buildings such as the buildings with internal zipline wich brings u to the 2nd floor when you come out off the elevator my frames drop from sub 300 all the way down to 80 always in this building. I can dm you the building if you wanna check it out.
Hi, could you do season 1 and 2 comparison? I seem to be getting less average fps in in game benchmark afters season 2.
Im running 5800x3d with 6800xt average around 170/200 fps but low are 80/100/120 why?????
Hey, so with 5800x3d and 4090, on urzikstan only, it's still better to turn off re-bar?
I personally use it off as I find it to be more consistent... In your case, you certainly want to keep it OFF. The more CPU bound you are, the more Rebar OFF will bring consistency in your FPS as disabling it directly buffs the CPU, and nerfs the GPU...but the GPU nerf of a 4090 is very very small, while the CPU gains on a 5800x3d will be very big.
@@Beefy-Tech Awesome thank you! At the same time I finally got around to PBO2 my 5800x3d, currently stress testing -30 curve, the temp drops under stress is insane lol, i no longer hit 90C limit, max is 78C.
Would you recommend undervolting or overclocking the 4090, or it doesnt matter much?
@@Aggiblr Yes, 5800x3d benefits a lot from a PBO curve! As for the 4090, you don't need to worry about any tuning on it because the 5800x3d won't utilise anywhere near it's full potential, even at 4K resolution in a lot of cases.
could you check if ReBAR on is now fixed on AMD systems? can't be bothered to test for the moment

No matter what i do, i get constant stuttering in warzone. 7900xtx nitro+ but with a 5800x3d. Do i need to upgrade my cpu?

I have 7800x3d with 7900 xtx. Urzikstan stutters constantly. All other maps work fine. Tried many settings, nothing can fix it

FT has FPS issues rn, but they said they'll fix it soon in a tweet. The map itself sadly still has ALL the power positions from before lmao
Which does indeed mean it's basically the same map with only minor adjustments and FPS issues xD.

Beefy is it worth upgrading 7950x(UV-25,NO HT + GSKILL 6000MHZCL30+Buildzoid timings) to 7800X3D ? recently upgraded from 3080 to 7900 xtx and yet cpu is weak point, even with tuning fps is atleast 100fps lower than you result. Does it worth it or should i wait for next gen zen cpus ?

Lows
A balance of monitor refresh rate, averages, and 1% lows. The most important for stability is 1% lows, but the other 2 are also very important if you want the best possible experience.
@@Beefy-Tech what would you recommend for 5800x for renderworkercount? Default9 highest fps in benchmark but i see you use value of 7 in config.

@@eagiedynamics1779 Use the PBO curve optimiser to increase the frequency and lower your temps. On my chip, the frequency typically hovers between 4.9 to 5.05 ghz -30 offset. Tune your ram timings. Sorted

I am on 1440P with stock 5.3GHz i7 13700K with RTX 3080 and 7200MHz ram and i can barely hang on 1% 150 fps. What is the issue? No way you can get dubble the fps with just 4090...
Same here dude but with a 4080 instead and both overlocked to the max I get about 180 1% lows on my best day idk the secret
hardware/bios/windows/game/driver optimizations. All of it compounds on top of each other. Also, never go too tight on ram if you get into tuning, sometimes it has a consequence to your lows.
2x16GB 7200Mhz RAM CL34 with 50ns latency supported by my motherboard Asus Z790, 1200W platinum PSU, NVME SSD, Win 10 Pro optimized and updated, newest nvidia driver with DDU install, I dont think that my hardware and windows optimisation is the problem. Settings ingame are all on low, and my render worker count is on 8 @@bios9678
@@officialdarko1985if your curious try every core combination and test to see if your lows change. Ex: ht on e’s off, e’s on ht off, etc. I don’t know about the config of this game so set everything to low if you can and find the sweet spot with render worker count. I remember when WZ1 came out that command was best at 6 for the 10900k, maybe try that idk
1% lows come from your cpu not the gpu, in this game it might verry well be your ram that’s not tuned that’s giving you lower 1% lows
7800x3d and 4090 here, my average in same areas you’re showing is at least 60 fps less :/
6:39? are you sure about that? If I'm not mistaken your benchmarks consist of repeatedly walking from point a-b and recording the data. If that is correct then those numbers are not representative of actual in-game performance. I tested a 5800x3d at 4.65 all core 3800 cl13 like maybe a month back and in a stacked endgame where I reset the fps recordings I believe I dropped to 200avg 140 1% in the most demanding scenario with a ton of stuff going around me piece fighting and what not... Assuming the 7800x3d is roughly 25% faster than the 5800x3d then that would put the 7800x3d at roughly 250fps avg and 175 1% lows. Very Far from 360fps LOL. That's like saying a 7800x3d in fortnite is good for a 600hz monitor because if you go to a random spot on your own and hit the benchmark button you're gonna get like 600avg 300 1% when in reality in a stacked endgame/ tournament you would drop to the low 200s unless in a 1x1 looking down. Obviously youre only gonna see what im saying if you restar the bechmark, if you keep on the 15 minute recording then 1 minute of lower fps aint gonna affect the numbers much...
Okay, in a test enviorment you need consistency... you cannot play an entire match every time you want to test the fps because every match will be different... I have done testing under heavy motion of the mouse and under heavy character movement, and I have shown the results when reviewing the 7800x3d and 14900K individually. You are right, matches will have spots with lower fps or a live event thatll dip the 1% lows, and there are many different parts of the map with different fps, and different windows verions and config files will perform differently, but the point of the videos is not the exact fps number you are seeing to compare to a rig set up entirely differently, but rather a point of reference to COMPARE my processors within the same exact test enviorment... In a game like warzone there are a million variables thatll affect the fps, and the literal only way to compare is by removing ALL variables and keeping the pc setups identical.
The 5800x3d I have is good for about 240-250 FPS with my identical setup, so its clearly not a processor issue here, but an optimization issue.
I am using 78X3D+4090 play warzone with ultra graphic and still has terrible 1%low...
I have 5800x3d and 4080 and never go lower than refresh of my monitor 165hz

I have not actually checked in a while, but given rebar on still causes issues with the benchmark and the normal game modes, I think it'll still be bugged.

For some reason I feel my game ultra responsive when locking my fps to 200 at 1440p. i9 13900k and Rx7900xt. Playing at 240fps feels less responsive, bugged? Idk
GPU usage has a correlation with input lag that is probably why
It may just keep the game at a steady latency number instead of a heavily fluctuating one, which may give consistency to your inputs.

i lock my fps at 150 fps , monitor has 165hz and is smooth
Bro make a real in game test, i mean jump the middle of the map and do some fight, also a patch coming tonight with Season2 maybe it could be better or worse for perfomance.
I have videos where I do that but here I just wanted an unobstructed 1 to 1 comparison. No gunfight is ever the same, but facing the same way running will always be consistent.
If you are curious on how movement and furious mouse movement affects performance, I tested that in earlier 7800x3d and 14900k solo videos, but to save you some time, moving JUST the mouse while standing still doesn't really hurt FPS on any platform (amd and intel) but moving to any direction WHILE moving mouse hurts FPS by about 10.

I remember back in the day...I would have done anything for better more consistent performance on warzone...but I did not have the knowledge to get me that performance...today I have the knowledge of how to make it work well, and I now realize that even on my laptop I am nearly as good as on a maxed out rig🤣 truthfully, obsession with performance is what ruined warzone for me for the longest time, the second I stopped caring for FPS and about the game, and I played it less rather than more...I enjoyed the game significantly more! Funny how that works😆

I was getting 60-75 ,lowest proebebly 58-59fps on my 1050 ti , after this update fortunes keep , iam getting 40 fps when i drop in midle city,somtimes 30 fps.
The new map actually has some performance issues from what I've seen, but they are addressing them already!
