Ingredients for Mutton bowling

Mutton 2kg
Cardamom 10 pcs
Cinnamons stick 3 pcs (3 inches)
Cloves 15 pcs
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 3 tbsp
For Cooking Masala
_______________________________
Basmati rice (Soaked 30 minutes before) 3 cups
½ cup ghee
Cinnamon 3 pcs (2 inches)
Cardamom 10 pcs
Cloves 10 pcs
Chopped Onions 2 medium
Chopped Tomato 2 medium
Dry lemon 3 pcs
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Arabic masala 5 tsp
