Loser Adults Review Goosebumps Books Made For Tweens

- Welcome to Goosejunkies where three guys debate which terrible “horror” book written for 12 year old boys is better. At no point do one of these guys stop, look around the room, and reassess their entire existence. Instead they earnestly explain the plot holes and poor character development of a book written in 1993 for tweens.

A show? This is just a Zoom call amongst 4 nerds, who have a hard time realizing that kids don’t read anymore.
In finding Karls exaggeration of these shows increasingly harder to digest.
Fucking hell this one's a stretch.
Carl calling others nerds is rich: he’s in a band called The Isotopes, he looks like Milhouse and he is married to Millhouses mother…nerd, thy name is Carl…Cardiff is fat…
Nerds review nerds reviewing goosebumps
I don't even have a problem with talking about Goosebumps, since we all have dorky/nerdy/non-mainstream fandoms, but I'm more turned off by the total lack of knowing how to do a podcast. Everybody's audio sucks, nobody knows how to light themselves, and they can't get into any kind of naturally flowing conversation. Even if the topic was something I actually loved, I still couldn't sit through this for any length of time.
Karl is in a band, called the Isotopes, based on a fictional baseball team in a cartoon, a band they dress up in stupid outfits and use lime green glow sticks………
How is that ANY different than an adult reading a book?
Someone call the HYPOCRISY POLICE.
That actually exactly the problem with almost any "unofficial" podcast centered on obscure fandoms.
Goosebumps > mandolins
Grown men casting as fruits and vegetables is more mature
Review a goosebumps could be a creep-off consequence
I used to read goosebumps books back in 5th grade in 1993 lol
Those books were great! The Beast from the East was my favorite.
Just do it
Loved that PC´s "40% less" zinger. The man not only is witty fast, he's mathematicaly precise as well.
I looked up Wikipedia to see if the guy meant Kevin Zegers...and he did. Zegers went on to star on Lost as well as such films as the remake of Dawn Of The Dead, Trans America (featuring an old friend of mine in a minor role), as well as Wrong Turn to name a few.
Just some lads having a good time with their nerdy hobby. Back off this one Karl, not a good look.
Is Goosebumps even a thing anymore, or is this just nostalgia?
Goosebumps was a thing for me from probably 7-11 years old. I stopped reading them by 10 because they got really fucking bad by then. I completely forgot it was a thing until like 3 years ago.
The first 5 or 6 books were good, very entertaining reads. Everything else was really REALLY bad.
Keep in mind this is from a (former) child's perspective. Adults should view it as lame and childish. Because it IS.
Let's see some grown men gas on about the contemperary to Goosebumps known as "Barf-O-Rama". A book series where the main kids are always trying to find horrificly nasty ways to make each other vomit.
It was fucking HILARIOUS... at the time at least, being 9-10 years old then. But, again, childish and lame.
i missed Andy saying SHRINKFLATION the first time hahahaaaa
21:13 😂 please dont tell this kid about the "before time" he will have a heart attack if he finds out how kids grew up before he was born
Why does Karl have to rag on Grants goosebumps podcast with his buddies?
holy shit when i watched this i almost shot myself R.L. STINE is rolling on the grass above his grave plot rn
3:55 is that a chucky doll in the top rleft?
I mean if there’s adults who are into Bronys and Power Puff Girls (I do like me some Mojo Jojo memes from time to time lol) then why not Goosepimples I guess 🤷
Why not an instrumental cover band named something you learned in chemistry class?
You betrayed your fans this week by not covering SJ. I’m out.

The mockery is great but the underlying content is unwatchable!
GREAT TITLE!! 😂😂😂😂
