At 6:45 it's plain to see that you aren't positioning the slots in your oil filter cap wrench to fit onto the tabs on the oil filter cap which results in the wrench not being fully engaged. It still works obviously but would be better if used correctly. Did you over-tighten that drain plug on the oil filter? Oil filter cap = 18 ft.lbs. Oil filter cap drainplug = 9 ft.lbs. Good video. Better than most.
Can you provide details around the ramps you used? This car is so low that regular ramps will not work. Also, if you could provide details around all the specific tools you bought and from where including: oil filter number, filter removal tool, etc. that would be very helpful.
@@Konmak-DIY The spin on filters are also called canister filters. I would just say that "the 27 mm socket works better than a ⅜ inch extension with ratchet". Less likely to damage the wrench when removing a filter housing cap that has been over-torqued. Not really needed to install the oil filter cap because it only calls for 18 ft.lbs. of torque.

What tool is that to bleed the oil out ?
Hi, it came with the oil filter.
Toyota calls it a service pipe. Most people call it a plastic drain tool. Some snap in. Others screw in. Depends on the brand filter you buy.
I own a 2017 Lexus 200t is F sport
