Something about Undella Town (Winter). I don't really get it myself, but I'm mush when listening to it. Something about it just puts me at absolute peace.
Benjamin McEachrane I don't like genwunners but I kind of get where they come from. There isn't anything quite like the magic of your first few pokemon games.
I was so sure that Diamond was my favourite pokemon game. How wrong I was. A recent replay of Soulsilver makes me realize one thing. It's gonna take a hell of a lot to beat this.
spindash64 The effort was beyond a doubt, just there. You can tell that Game Freak cared about Johto the way the fans did, they made everything there, in perfect art style, adding features that didn't even need to be added, The Pokeathlon, fun and simple yet unique, the Walking with Pokemon, so much effort for such a quaint feature but it made the game feel so much more unique. The Pokewalker which had me all over the place 6 years before GO did. I enjoyed every second. It wasn't about the story, the battles, but having some simple fun, walking around the beaches talking to a Pokemon by my side. The little things like that make Gen 4 the most memorable. It went all out in fun.
I remember how frustrating it was navigating the Whirlpool Islands as a kid. Trainers, Tentacool, entering the wrong island trying to find Lugia etc., but I always would go back to Cianwood just to hear this music (and to heal pokemon) and all felt promising again.
HeartGold was actually the first Pokémon game I ever completed, because I had to borrow them from friends, and I remember playing it when upset at night and coming to Cianwood just to listen to the music when I needed a break. I got nostalgic for the music and found this, and... wow. Thank you.
Absolutely STUNNING, and beatiful. I'm completely overwhelmed by nostalgia right now, because this is probably my favorite tune ever of any pokèmon game so far. I remember getting the gameboy speakers really close to my ears and listening to this tune for hours literally. I'm 19 and one can think my love for pokèmon has died but in reality it just got stronger in all these years. I FREAKING LOVE pokèmon!!!!
I would have to say Verdanturf Town. As a kid I was going through a lot and finding myself, just as Wally was. Seeing his determination to be the best and the towns beautiful music just made me go away to a place of serenity where I was happy. "The air here is so clear". Verdanturf was a sanctuary for me during my youth just the vision of a perfect town with clear skys and air the soft warm breeze on my face and my family living happily with beautiful music to narrate. Always brought me to tears.
I remember Gold and Silver, they were my first Pokemon games I had ever played. I remember being so calmed by this song. Whenever I think of my Childhood I think of this song. Beautiful remix! Simply beautiful!
I absolutely love this. I listen to this on repeat whenever I can't fall asleep at night, which is NOT a dis in anyway. I envision myself sitting on a Cianwood Beach with my Politoed next to me whenever I hear this song... Ahhhh
Suggestion: Make playlists of each individual game music you make. For instance, all of your Heartgold and Soulsilver orchestrations in one playlist, Black and White in another, etc. I enjoy all of your orchestrations, but I suggest putting them into playlists. Some themes are more nostalgic than others. Thanks!
Im a RSE kid, and im super jealous for the GSC and HGSS kids. But this somehow having never heard this song in game, It reminds me all of my journeys that I loved. Makes me cry every time i hear it
Cianwood city has to be my best place to go for relaxing Pokemon music. This re-orchestration really gives the tune a softer feel. Well done rusty!!! :D Keep up the awesome work dude!
i've had a big burnout today, started feeling nausious and so, I started to listen to some of your music to help me calm down. needless to say, it works. thank you dude.
This might weird answering a question which was posted 7 years ago but here's the answer. Pokemon G/S/HG/SS Obviously! I think it's instrument which was used for making musics for the game was built for making for making relaxing music. Other than G/S/HG/SS, I love PMD musics because they are so close to the game what's happening in it.
I just now realized this video is 6 years old and thought to myself, damn that's really old. Then I remembered that I first discovered this song and shared it with my friend back in middleschool. Which was 6 years ago. Now I'm feeling a very strong bittersweet nostalgia. Can't wrap my head around that those days were really 6 years ago.
One of the best town themes, imo, in the entire Pokémon game serious. Period. I recently started learning piano, and I feel like I've gotten quite good at it. I wanna be able to do stuff like this.
Cianwood... gets me every single time:'). It's happy sadness I'm feeling. and I just realised this video is 4 years ago:')... been a long time ay? Typhlosion?:')
Man, I've said this plenty of times in the past, and I'll say it once again. There's something special about pokemon music. Some are epic, like the legendary theme from DPPt, and some are really soothing. I find this particular one pretty soothing. It's crazy, but I could've sworn that it was yesterday I played with my ds, and stood still in the shore with my Ampharos. We're in 2018 now, and I wish everyone a happy new year. February is ahead of us, so make it your best month. After that comes March, so make that an even better month than February. Turn this year into your best year ever. We never know when the good times are over, but we should atleast know that we can create the good times. I really miss when I could just play pokemon and be careless, but those times are long over. :,)
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! 2019 WOOO!! I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I’m going to try to leave a comment here every year from now, unless something happens to me or YT suddenly disappears lol. Make the best out of the year folks, since I surely wish I could relive last year :]
Oh noeses, this is worse than "Where's Waldo?" I can't find myself, ahhhh! Ahahaha. x3 Anyways this is such a beautiful song. It's one of the few Town music themes I actually like. You did an amazing job with this~ It's also one of the few songs that works so well without percussion. The reverb helps that a TON too. Awesome instrument choices here. Awesome job, Rusty~! :3
Kind of tough... I'm being pulled between Cianwood City, the National Park in Johto (both), and Verdanturf Town. But I think the National Park wins me over just out of pure nostalgia. I used to just leave my gameboy on the speakers just to hear this and fall asleep... I later did the same for the new version.
Ironically. the lavender town theme from g/s and hg/ss. After the intro, it is just completely relaxing. Almost as if the song is telling you, 'We must move on from death and look forward to a bright future."
Probably Twinleaf Town's theme to be honest. It's just so peaceful and laid back, that is until your rival bumps into you and his hyper theme starts up...
awww, this is so cute and nice and relaxing ^w^ nice work (: keep up this nice work of yours, Rusty :3 I'm looking forward to the next Remix of yours :)
Coming back for..... Quadruplets? I dunno, but I found myself humming this song everywhere and I didn't know where it was from. Now I know why I was humming it.
Play this with it half way volume Close your eyes and take a deep breathe and imagine yourself at the beach. Feels good. "Wave Sounds" 6Hrs "Sleep Sounds" Get to Sleep Fast!
Something about Undella Town (Winter). I don't really get it myself, but I'm mush when listening to it. Something about it just puts me at absolute peace.
The harp and flutes make this sound like something out of Twilight Princess... It's magical...
Benjamin McEachrane I don't like genwunners but I kind of get where they come from. There isn't anything quite like the magic of your first few pokemon games.
+cat8752 This is gen 2 :P

Cianwood City:
"A port of crashing waves"
We're nearing the end of 2018 and I'm *just* discovering this.
Thank goodness I did.
@@Cozmix-7 I'm nearing the end of 2020 and I just now discover the orchestrated version after a playthrough
@@trees4491 same lol
Halfway to 2022
Does anyone else like to sit in a nice hot bath while listening to happy dragonites playlist of Pokemon Re orchestrated? Or am I the only one
I was so sure that Diamond was my favourite pokemon game.
How wrong I was. A recent replay of Soulsilver makes me realize one thing.
It's gonna take a hell of a lot to beat this.

Yeah. Calling Kanto Post game would be an insult to the amount of work put into it, especially with the true final battle

HGSS Metagame was the best competitive-wise as well. It went down with gen 5 really quick.
I'm sorry Gen 5 made older Pokemon competitively viable with Hidden Abilities and Eviolite. It was such an ill on competitive.
They can't, no one can.
Listening to this, I remember just how much these games meant to me. It's like a flash to the past, this game is truly amazing.
I know exactly how you feel..
Absolute _perfection_. This is an absolute _marvel_ to listen to.
I remember how frustrating it was navigating the Whirlpool Islands as a kid. Trainers, Tentacool, entering the wrong island trying to find Lugia etc., but I always would go back to Cianwood just to hear this music (and to heal pokemon) and all felt promising again.
I feel like burying my head in my pillow and crying right now but I won't because that woudl muffle the sound of this beautiful music.
HeartGold was actually the first Pokémon game I ever completed, because I had to borrow them from friends, and I remember playing it when upset at night and coming to Cianwood just to listen to the music when I needed a break. I got nostalgic for the music and found this, and... wow. Thank you.

We are all legendary Pokémon of our past, visiting and listening to this very song to heal our wounds and calm our minds.

Most relaxing music: This, Vendanturf Town, RSE Credit and The End themes, HGSS National Park.
Glitcher Red AGREED
Can we not forget about vermillion city HGSS theme ?
This is not relaxing music. This makes me feel soo many things, intense, i can’t help but cry! I’ve not even played This Pokémon game
A consistent mainstay of my study playlist
Cianwood city has to be my best place to go for relaxing Pokemon music. This re-orchestration really gives the tune a softer feel. Well done rusty!!! :D Keep up the awesome work dude!
Verdanturf, Village Bridge, or Eutreak City(HG/SS) never ceases to be a serene melody.
i've had a big burnout today, started feeling nausious and so, I started to listen to some of your music to help me calm down. needless to say, it works. thank you dude.
Comment Question: What do you think is the most relaxing song in the Pokémon World?
This might weird answering a question which was posted 7 years ago but here's the answer.

Initially Verdanturf, but after hearing this re-orchestration, I think this one is the most relaxing song of all.
I'm not sure why, but this arrangement almost had me moving to tears. Thanks so much, it's absolutely beautiful!
似曾相識的熟悉感,彷彿回到小時候開心的孩童時光,一種安心感湧上心頭,真是非常棒的音樂,感謝作者的用心,謝謝你~
This is lovely. As for the comment question, Verdanturf comes to mind.
One of the best town themes, imo, in the entire Pokémon game serious. Period. I recently started learning piano, and I feel like I've gotten quite good at it. I wanna be able to do stuff like this.
02 of may of 2021 and I always listen every day.
Favorite peaceful songs of the series. o-o
it's just... a medicine for my eyes to escape from all the preassure
So relaxed and beutiful, I love it, and all the others masterpieces of happydragonite ^-^
This reorchestration is AWESOME!!! Good job, as always!!
I almost cried, like seriously WOW. Great job!
Está canción, refleja muchas cosas, y cosas realmente bellas, Johto...
This is incredible
Beautiful

love the "if you can spot LugiaDialga in this picture, you get one hundred points, and 50% off at Subway."

I come every year ☺️❤️ this master piece complete my life
It's so beautiful
Absolutely mystical
A beautiful remix of a beautiful piece.
Dude why wasn't I subscribed to you before, all these songs are amazing xD
For a town with a gym leader that can punch your face until it bleeds, this theme is so relaxing and makes it not scary! So perfect
Ironically. the lavender town theme from g/s and hg/ss.
After the intro, it is just completely relaxing.

Reversal Mountain in Black 2 is a very relaxing music.
I hope you will upload the song soon e.e
I love this song!
this is some the best music I've ever heard amazing!!
This one for sure (well, atleast this re-orchestrated version!) :D
Cool and amazing
awww, this is so cute and nice and relaxing ^w^
nice work (: keep up this nice work of yours, Rusty :3 I'm looking forward to the next Remix of yours :)
Coming back for..... Quadruplets? I dunno, but I found myself humming this song everywhere and I didn't know where it was from.
Now I know why I was humming it.
Godly awesome piece of music. Keep up the great work! :))
This never fails to give me the goosies
Wow I found another great Pokemon Music Remixer awesome! this is so nice
touching! What a great music is ^^
My name is Cian, and I want to listen to this forever
all of them. they all make me cry. ;-;
這些歌曲令我想起童年,現在的我已經27歲,想起自己曾經是很快樂的
你好你好,終於遇到有留言中文的人了!
HD orchestrate more songs! I miss you as much as I miss Cianwood:(
Certe cose non si dimenticano ❤
One last dance, ey Lugia? One more for old time's sake.
Peaceful :) Nice job on this one.
i almost cried when i heard this!
You're not the only one😭
Love it
Hits too hard to the feels.. ;_;
Harppy 10th birthday HGSS
Amazing :3 You should do a re-orchestrated version of Ecruteak City from HGSS. I bet it would come out magnificently.
Best song ever😍
Ecruteak and Cianwood have the same theme xD
So this is basically your request^^
Not quite the same. Sure, they're similar, but I'm asking for the HGSS version. But if you're talking about the Gen II version, yes, they're the same.
Raichuu26 they have their differences. Ecruteak sounds much more Asiatic :')
This remix is almost exactly how I imagined this song
If there was less reverb on the background harp when it starts playing fast, it would be perfect (the notes start to blend together).
Nice job :)
Very nice..
You're amazing. I can't seem to find any instrument that sounds good in FL studio.
Play this with it half way volume Close your eyes and take a deep breathe and imagine yourself at the beach. Feels good. "Wave Sounds" 6Hrs "Sleep Sounds" Get to Sleep Fast!
Love this. :')
that picture though XD
This one!
National Park, definitely!
Verdanturf Town, National Park, and Route 113
#NostalgiaMeThis - Eterna Forest Re-Orchestration :)
Try to reorchestrate the Strange House or Old Chateau. I haven't seen you do scary themes before.
I think the most relaxing theme is the Undella town theme
The one bad thing about that place THAT PRIMEAPE
you mean Chuck's primeape?
i remember when I just sent out an under leveled espeon and spammed sand-attack...
I obliterated that thing with my Pidgeot
Personally I hated the Poliwrath more (at least in the original games). Fuckin' DynamicPunch always seemed to hit.
HairyHariyama lol your username made me chuckle XD imagine that fat ass hariyama but all hairy loll
Stop. I may cry ;)
Now I wanna retrieve the battery I threw away from my Silver cart. Dx
Dat Track! o.o
Oh shoot nevermind, I thought this was for Ekruteak city
the outside of the DPPt pokemon league. especially night.
Everything is just perfect except the idiot who decided to hang around the poor Lugia's neck rather than riding its back with a big smile.....
Good time
has that legend of Zelda touch
1. Emotion (BW)
2. In the Morning Sun (PMD2)
3. Tie... Nuvema or Verdanturf Town Theme
New Bark Town or National Park.
I'm a Gen II kid :D
N's Farewell, Black/White.
Verdanturf being a close second.
