    You'd never believe how many videos I've gone through (many from India) but at about the 4:30 mark I knew this one was what I had been searching for. I'm pretty excited about these exercises and will begin a daily program tomorrow - Thanks for posting this!!!

    Doing the Unilateral thing, my knees hold a straight line between my big toe and my index toe. However for crossing my leg over my knee, that's not so good. Very uncomfortable and even worse with my left leg which is torture. Super tight.

    My daughter is 9 yrs old and specialist recommended the guided growth procedure. Would these help her to avoid the procedure?

    Thx. As I know most of the time the basic & simple exercises r the best & most effective "in strength trainings or marshal arts". I wish u would mention the flat feet as well, b/c it will cause the same thing depends on how bad it is.

    My right knee went way off but my left knee was normal. I don’t have the theraband but I’ll do the other exercises until I get one.

    Wished I known this sooner! I’m 58 now 4 back surgeries chronic hip displacement .. teased for knock knees. They even wanted to cut on the out of my legs to try and straighten thank the lord I said no

    Hello sir,
    I am now 27,skinny and my feets will be about 10cm wide apart while my knees touch each other.
    As now I am adult, bones are fully developed does these exercises will show any results?
    I am currently doing sumo squat of 2 sets of 50 repeatations daily, but hadn't seen any changes.

    I would love to know why exercise two (femur internal rotation) is used as this would train the TFL, which is a major part of the issue usually. Generally want to know :) and also exercise 3.

    Someone sent this to me but my knees and hips can’t do some of those right now. One knee is swollen & I can’t straighten it Maybe knee arthritis? I have big bulky insides of knees- muscly and also have lost extra weight so they look even bulgier. Over 50- very active. Tried walking and loosening up but this time I got extreme knee and hip pain afterwards- level 8/10 pain like almost vomiting kind of pain. Wake up pain free, then over a few hours of walking around it starts hurting again, 3 or 4 days now. Haven’t had this flare up for over 5 years- not sure how this happened again

    LOL appears I have weak stablizers, my knee goes past the big toe. Thank you for this great video and am determined to try out the exercises. Am not clear though, do I need to do all excercises or just one? As an example, since watching your video a day ago, have done the "Seated Hip Mobilizer Stretch" (a killer exercise for me) both yesterday and today. Would that alone suffice? Also, for how long do i need to do them? Please advise. Thank you

    I have knees that sound like empty water bottles being squeezed and I'm only 32. I've lost a bit of weight but I also sit on the floor more and Ive noticed a difference in my knees and back. It's easy to slouch in a comfy chair but on the floor I'm more likely to keep my back straight.

    Can we do these two exercises by sitting becoz of knock knees we are not able to do these two exercise by using loop n by in standing position for mints 🤔🤔i.e hip rotation strength exercise n hip abduction strength exercise...
    If u see my comment thn must tell so that I know from u is it ok if we do loop exercise by sitting 🙏🙏
