Excellent explanation of the correlation between insulin and glucose during exercise, thank you!
Very nice 👍
On mostly carnivore 4 weeks in. More ketovore, blood work says A1C 5.8. Glucose in urine and blood normal. Is it normal to have that number? Triglycerides I think we’re 115 cholesterol 300 forgot hdl but that showed normal levels. I walk minimum two hours and a half daily weekends it’s like 4 hours of walking. I started using weights for my arm now. I’m 56, 5’8” and went down from 190-174 so far.
