- Mangaka of the very known "20th Century Boys", "Monster" and "Pluto" praised the amazing work of Tatsuki Fujimoto, Chainsaw Man.
Chainsaw Man is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from December 2018 to December 2020.

Chainsaw Man could've been a masterpiece, but the pacing was too fast. Not enough time to get emotionally attached to characters. Overall, 8/10

@@dickyturbofisto_1934 yes there is a part 2, but we will have practically a new cast besides a few survivors from part 1. You would get a new character or demon and they would be dead in a few chapters. But don't get me wrong, i really enjoyed the series, it's a solid 8/10. Hopefully the anime can make it a 10/10 by fleshing out some of the rushed stuff in the latter half of the story.

Chainsaw Man is by Far my Favourite New Gen Manga out of Jujutsu Kaisen, Black Clover, MHA, Dr. stone, Demon Slayer etc. Getting the Praise it deserves from a GOAT just made my day.

Yeah it's definitely the best among the new gens. In fact I would say it's almost as good as legends like One Piece and Berserk. It's so freaking good.
