Thanks for the nice video. Could you please write into description how manc cm rope is required an how lomg is the double plant hanger finally? Greetings from ISTANBUK 🎉❤
These were great instructions-thank you! I had never made macrame anything before, and was able to make a really pretty plant hanger first try because the instructions were so clear. These were my notes for other beginners: -I had 6 mm rope , and it seems like that affected the measurements -The 3 strands at 16 inches were too short. 26 inches gave me plenty -finished length: I didn’t do as many spiral and square knots (Did 34 spiral and 16 square), but my finished hanger-including the ring up top and a foot of fringe at the bottom-is about 65”
This is my second project that I've made following your directions- and I can't thank you enough. My plant babies are so happy in the hangers, thanks for getting me started. You're great. :)
Hi from South Australia, I loved this pattern, very easy to follow with your instructions but I did need to mute the loud soundtrack BUT again thank you, I got a beautiful outcome, I love the style. I made mine in a Coral colour & about to try in other colours too.
Thanks for the detailed tutorial and easy hack. Seen several tutorials out there and no one really explains how to avoid the short and long rope. Often times you are left with either having to add or incomplete hanger.
What was the final length of the whole planter once the plants are added? I want to make one for my clothing rack that is about 4 ft tall, and I'd like to make sure the measurements will be correct!
Hello! I really like this tutorial, but was wondering the size of the cord you used? I know it will make a difference if the cord is too thick or thin, and the Etsy link is no longer there to see what you got. Thank you!

@@AtzimbaPahualol. I'm thinking they mean the measurements in metric units maybe (cm/m, etc). Wonderful, easy-to-follow tutorial. I'm not a beginner anymore but this would have been great when I was starting out because you give great tips and it's very easy to follow. This is my first attempt to make a double plant hanger.
I really love your neat work and clear instructions. I would Consider removing the music, it is loud and very annoying. You could also make your font a bit smaller. Your macrame is beautiful though, so I will just watch you with the mute on 😊

makaila garretson I think you should be fine with the measurements listed in the video :) if anything you might even have some left over.
Thank you so much for this tutorial, I'm looking forward to making it myself :)
Does the 21ft mean when the string is folded in half? Or the full length of one string?
The full length of one strand :)
