39:34 - Q&A Begins - Q1 - In another session you had mentioned that sometimes practicing asanas may be dangerous. Could you please clarify?
43:17 - What is the difference between the states of Dhyana and Samadhi? How do we go from one state to another?
45:55 - In one of the earlier sessions you had narrated a story about two people who went in search of Bodhidharma to learn Zen. Can you please give the significance of the story?
49:39 - When I sit to meditate initially my thoughts are reduced and then some sort of deep fear sets in. Then after some time lots of thoughts appear again. Can you please help me?
53:49 - (i) You mentioned that there are many thoughts or vrittis when one sits to meditate. When a person tries to practise Dharana / one-pointedness there is a vritti to focus on. So, if we need a vritti to start off with dharana, then how is it possible to lose that vritti to attain the state of Dhyana?
(ii) How can dhyana be vritti nirodha? Does vritti nirodha mean thoughtlessness?
(iii) You also spoke about devotees who are so filled with Bhakti towards the deity that in the end the deity or God alone remains. Is that deity also vritti? If vritti nirodha is nothingness then what exactly

    Pranam Sri,
You are so funny at so many places in this video🤗😅😅. I've never enjoyed n understood such a heavy topic of Dharana, Dhayana n Samadhi with such lightness n clarity. What do ppl talk abt when they say they are meditating ...ive no idea.
At midpoint you say an imp thing. Cultivate the opposite to overcome negativity deliberately...the challenge there is that ppl around think that your guard is down and the triggers begin again. As a result the guards go back up even higher....catch 22. How much to let in and be taken advantage of and how much to let go by remaining aloof?
..I wonder which book was being read from.

The book in his hands is "yoga also for the godless" written by himself which is a commentary on the yoga sutras of Patanjali. Hope that helps!
