Was told to give up the practice ,was informed it was to much for my back issues..was left confused. No one to talk to,no guidance from anybody! No UA-cam! I have a really good life in general.But.... Finding you Sri M ,is a massive blessings and I truly appreciate all your wisdom and time.All,all your UA-cams !!! Thank you so much ,in helping me understand more , helping me find were I am ,in helping fine tune ,and balancing my life,to proceed in a more peaceful way,in which I am truly blessed.
