- The 5MM width is a very popular size for any chain style. The Miami Cuban links is a top chain of choice in the world. I wanted to compare the 5MM Miami Cuban Link to the 5.5MM Jacoje Curb. Both of these are high quality curb style chains with excellent finish. I highly recommend either as they make for great everyday chains! Thanks for watching!

I literally have the 5mm Italian Cuban. The box lock is to die for. You cannot beat the subtle yet flashy look this chain gives you. Great everyday wear. Ty jacoje! You dat guy!!!

As for a box lock and a story behind:
I had a 18k bracelet with the box lock and over the time it started to loosen up, even to that extent, that I lost it at a car dealers lot, when I drove off with my new car.
Beeing somewhat lucky enough to have an honest car dealer, I got called back a minute I drove off.
What I didn't knew was, when I jumped into my brand new whip that bracelet fell down and when I was backing up I rolled over it with the front tires. So yeah... that thing was nothing but a chunk of gold scrape metal.
That's why my preferenced choice of locks after that day are lobster locks. Never had an issue with these locks.
I like the tighter links better!!!..with the box lock
I have both these links at these sizes, but as bracelets. The Miami Cuban is more rounded and seems smaller. Links are tighter. Overall, it has more of a “smoother” appearance. Jacoje Curb is heftier, flatter and the links have slightly larger gaps. It has a more square appearance. Overall, it just seems to have more “presence” compared to the Miami Cuban.
Cant really go wrong with either one.

I just got a 5mm diamond cut Franco, the piece looks awesome, BUT I hate the lobster clasp. The piece shines & turns heads. I haven't experienced the Jacoje curb link yet.

I got a 3mm dc 24in yellow gold rope from jacoje that im selling if you wanna talk. I wore it once. I don't like it nearly as much as my 3mm dc franco. I wear my franco everyday I also wear my mini bear pendent with a 1.2 mm franco. Lmk anybody!

This chain is called square flat curb. Jacoje just use as his flagship chain. I own one and os not Jacoje. Is a standard Italian square flat curb.

I have the 4 mm figaro 22 in. Perfect everyday wear and it is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a great starter chain but the jacoje curb is hella sexy tho. Oooo you got a hard decision to make. Flat curb is gangster as well.

Error 404 well I can’t vouch for the figaro enough. 4mm isn’t the biggest chain in the world so that varied link style helps it stand out. You’re gonna love whatever you buy from jacoje haha. Those are all great styles depending on the length. I wouldn’t go rocking a 30 in. 4mm figaro😂

I'm still not sure, I want the cuban because of the box lock, and the prestige and cus i got a silver one and it's the nicest link style I've worn but I also wanna be shining nd in your face cus I'm not a very subtle guy, but I do work on a building site so I'd be worried about the baby curb scratching more because of the flat face, any help would be appreciated thanks :)

I tried to avoid Cubans because everybody got one but not everybody’s is real and I dnt like following trends just to fit in or impress people but I ordered a photo pendant of my kids and I had it on a curb a rope and a figaro but they wasn’t hittin the way I wanted and just yesterday I bought my first Cuban link in a while🤷🏾♂️ idk what makes it unique but apparently the lady was really shocked that it was sold and that’s when she told me it’s one of a kind and they won’t be making more but I got it from pagoda so it’s not handmade (at least to my knowledge of the store)

Hi Jacoje, Is it dangerous to wear a fake chain with real gold chains? Both of them have sentimental value. Or can the fake chain damage the real gold?
The only way a chain could be 'fake' Is if you're claiming it to be something that it isn't. And that would depend on the karat of plating or hardness of metal in question - steel is harder than silver and usually gold too - it would probably scratch anything over 10k but no big deal imo.
5mm is very small good for pendents but small for a solitary chain.
