Thank you a lot for the presentation. It was very helpful for me as an student to understand the importance of the cilia in the human body. I barely found interesting information about it somewhere else.
Here’s a metaphor for biology themes - The fallopian tube cilia send a current downstream and out of the body. The sperm swims up against this stream. It’s like salmon swimming upstream to spawn in protected waters.
Several landrace cultures around the world have practiced head binding, or a kind of firm all over baby wrapping. Is decilliation or cillia damage caused by autoimmune response in the fallopian tube or in the placenta when the infant leaves? Are the cillia are sensitive to the enzyme(s) for galactose or for glycogen in response to sudden drop in temperature or cessation of maternal sugar processing?
15:00... Does this mean that this is where and when 'handedness' occurs? It seems the cillia are vulnerable to affect by (real or exotic) sugars or alcohols that get through from the fallopian cillia before implantation ? Seems to mean the end of MS and rabies, among other things.
