Speed
In terms of speed, Spongebob scales above Patrick.
Patrick was able to run to the sun and back in just under 15 seconds.
It takes light 8 minutes to reach Earth from the Sun, and Patrick made the same trip twice. This puts Patrick’s casual running speed at 64 times the speed of light, and Spongebob scales above him in his base form.
In his Quickster form, I can easily see him reaching MFTL+ speeds.
Attack Potency
Spongebob was literally able to unravel the fabric of the universe while standing in it. This gives him universal+ levels of attack potency and durability
Due to his soft body, Spongebob is completely immune to all physical attacks.

1. Был попущен какими-то незаметными гравитационными аномалиями, также не мог пройти через магическую защиту
2. Получал вполне реальный физический урон (вероятно мог быть убит из пушки Стэнфорда, потеря глаза в битве и последующая боль и долгая регенерация), да и впринципе был уничтожен при стирании памяти, при чем не полноценном (вся память Стэна вернулась)
3. Не мог просто залезть в голову к Форду
По-моему всемогущие божества не такие

Еслиб барьера не было он бы в одной руке землю, как яйцо раздавил бы.
Да стоит признать, хоть он и мултивселенского уровня силы, у него очень банальные слабости.
Но стоит принять во внимание, что он далеко не единственный персонаж, который невероятно всемогущь и практически является Богом или вообще и есть Бог, имеют самые банальные и легко поражаемые слабости.
Стоит учитывать, что Стен Форд не просто так узнал о слабостях Билла, он писал дневники на протяжении нескольких лет и + затерялся в измерениях, когда Стенли толкнул его в портал.
Стенли имел огромный опыт и много знаний, а также особое оборудование.
Вообще если найти инфу про Билла, то он уже уничтожил своё измерение вместе со своими родителями и его сородичами и потом создал измерение безумия.
Вообще я не могу вспомнить всех фактов, которые подтверждают, что Бил Мултивселенского уровня силы.
