A point that could also be made is the chaos Bill causes feeds Golb making him more powerful
i agree, cause golb cant take damage , it can only be slightly hurt by harmony

And Golb ate his dimension when it reached its end. If anything Bill is just another agent of Golb unbeknownst to him. Golb is oblivion incarnate while Bill is chaos. Oblivion always wins in the end.
Golb is so scary bcz like we really dont know his full powers. It can only be assumed. My main logic for golb winning tho is that, if bill cypher destroyed shit i dont think he could destroy it so hard that u lose the memory of it also. Golb did that in puhoy so thats like….. terrifying?
I don't see why Bill wouldn't be able to, and we also don't know Bill's full power since he never achieved it, so they are pretty alike.

Golb betty did use her powers to make a universe Canon into the multiverse, and the other higher beings like Scarab's boss just accepted it.
It's a nice new feat, there's also Golb turning the lich into a tetris block, so she can probably do it to Bill to permanently trap or seal him, but even then i still don't know who wins this.
The thing with this is that Golb would feed from anything Bill did, so Bill could only make him more powerful
Apperantely if golb could move his limbs it would completely break his stats and make him boundless 💀

Hmm I'd say this one is apples and oranges. They're both beings of such extreme power and paradox that it's more than likely the two could never genuinely hurt one another.
Bill could only be beaten by being outsmarted. Golb would never outsmart him.
Bill cannot utilize harmony and therefore has no, or little, effect on Golb.
Bill had WAY more power than you actually described here. He could have thanos-snapped the entire universe if he wanted. Not to mention he annihilated his entire home dimension. He was simply caught by a convoluted rule or principle that kept him contained as a being of wierdness. Same way Golb was beaten by the crown. It was a lateral move, not a superior one.
If anything this one is more likely a stalemate.
i mean Bill could probably utilize harmony, also all he needs to beat Golb is being able to destroy the Adventure Time cosmology which due to Time Baby's statement of his rift being able to destroy all of existence i dont think he would have a problem doing

Golb is Immune to all attacks even if you say Bill can one snap the Universe , Golb destroys Universes on the daily with his mere presence like he did to the pillow world , Yes Bill Cipher is a higher Dimensional being but Golb is Beyond Dimensional Conception because he lives outside of them meaning he isn't bound by rules of Dimensions.
Golb is op , He even made Simon's world " ,Canon " in Fiona and cake
So if you ask me , If Golb was in Bill's shoes , He could have conjured Weirdmaggedon in episode one

Noo Bill is a being existing on a higher Dimensional existence while Golb is beyond it , Bill can be destroyed , while can't be , his an embodiment or an abstract Existence so you cannot kill Golb , Killing him just creates a Paradox of him existing
Golb is a beyond Dimensional Entity meaning he isn't bound by rules of Dimensions or anything related to Space-time.
It won't be a stalemate, Golb would end Bill Cipher, Golb is Immune to all trauma and phenomenon meaning even magic isn't an option. Yes Wish Magic could affect Golb but it couldn't kill him ,nit technically just changed his mind from ending the Multiverse by fusing with Betty .
Harmony? , Harmony isn't a significant weakness to Golb , It just teared up a hole which did absolutely nothing to him .
If you say Golb is bound by wish magic then it means the wish which Betty made ( i wish for golb to disappear from this world ) could have worked but it didn't, showcasing how much powerful gold really is.

Usually, I would agree with golb taking just about anyone in fiction, but I mean, Bill Cipher has destroyed an entire dimension and constantly grows outside of it. And, he killed time baby basically the prisma of gravity falls, and he doesn't really have a weakness there's only 2 that being the zodiac circle and erasing him while he's in the mindspace and that's not even permanent I don't think anyone wins this fight there no way the other can put there opponent down for more than a couple seconds
This is pretty much my main issue with these VS battles as it basically boils down to "My warping is better than YOUR warping" fact is no answer I give would be satisfying
And for the reason golb can't be defeated, do you think Bill Cipher can be harmonious for a single second he is basically a chaos factory, so no, he's not beating golb and golb isn't beating him
@truelocalweirdo honestly, a tie is the best you can do in these sorts of situations it would just be an endless battle .there are always going to be people thinking their character is better, nothing you can really do about it

Unlike someone like Discord, Golb isn’t a character that has abstract existence. Yes chaos makes him stronger, but how would he come back if Bill just blew him up?

I do have to agree for the most part bill is strong but many people overestimate bills capabilities
Now of course with a physics conversion I think he would be stronger in the adventure Time Universe than he is in his current universe but even then he wouldn't really match up to golb so all-in-all I have to agree in this scenario gold would win

yeah but Golb is only chaos in the A.T. cosmology, for Bill to beat Golb he has to be able to beat the cosmology which he can do via being stated that his rift in space time was gonna wipe out all of existence (and the Gravity Falls cosmology is absolutely insane), also you cant be omnipotent if you have boundaries, that kinda defeats the purpose

whilst i dont diagree with you. i cant agree with you. the version of bill we saw was...in a sense. heavily supressed. once unleashing weirdmagedon he was SUPPOSED to get stronger. but that barrier of all that is weird kept him in check. a completely unchained bill could scale significantly higher than golb in terms of dimensionality (ive been seeing some 11D feats flying around)

I would just like to point out bill destroyed the second dimension and has 7-11 dimensional strength, along with being faster than light, and infinite power of can get weirdmagedin to full power also surpasses AXOLOTL, he also nearly destroyed the multi verse in a fit of anger
Don't forget GF dimensions contain multiverses inside them, so Bill destroyed his home dimension which contained multiverses + his family who were most likely other reality warpers.

Being beyond all dimensions in their own verse doesn't mean there are infinite of them. At best they scale beyond creation levels of power but idk if their omnipotent or omnipresent . But the reason I believe this is due to how we've seen the universe behave in the series of AT. We know there's multiple timelines, realities, dimensions, etc. With quite literally an infinite number of them as each and every one can have the largest or smallest difference. But despite that people like Golb and Prismo are a constant no matter where the setting is. But you're definitely right some of this is partially speculation as there COULD be a finite number of dimensions but I'd consider it unlikely
@@TrueLocalEnthusiast I agree with what your saying, but the thing is.. to truly be beyond dimensions or dimensionality their has to be a proven infinite set of dimensional hierarchy that proceeds itself infinitely. Something like the world tree from DB heros or the yggdrasil from marvel that contains infinite sets of dimensions that infinitely transcend each other infinitely... Now I think what is considered a dimension that is infinitely transcendental is hard to show in things like cartoons or anime so its not like I am tryin to complain or anything.. just wanted to share some of my knowledge

golb is not a villain. it isnt even malice. much better comparison would be the lich, who is a self proclaimed scholar of golb. the lich is a manifestation of evil and death, where as golb is more like the yin in the yin-yang. he does not have a will to destroy, no personal attachment fueling his destruction. the only will we see golb enact is when he technically kills the lich after the lich is seen worshipping and pleading with golb as he has lost his apparent purpose, which was to end all forms of life in every conceivable reality. golb kills the lich almost as if the lich has continuously misunderstood golbs intentions and reason for existence. golb is the inevitability of darkness and non-existence itself. golb is necessary, like a permanent fixture that has existed before time itself. golb likely does not even feel things like guilt, malice, or hatred and there is a good chance that without golb and his unseen counter part, existence itself (as we know it) would not even exist.

Golb is featless, and there’s no evidence that he should scale to Prismo. Golbs best feat is destroying a small dimension, which isn’t too impressive compared to Bills statements from the Q&A and show feats (being pretty much confirmed 4th dimensional after killing Time Baby who controls and governs time).
The reason I figured that Prismo couldn’t find Golb is because he’s an anomaly. Golb exist outside in a void, separate from any reality that Prismo can peer into
