- Just showing a solo flawless run of the legend Presage mission. Did it on my second try. This mission is waaayyyy easier than it was back in the day!

Found your channel recently and really like your informative commentaries.
Unlike most other D2 content creators I've watched, I like your simple yet effective approach to builds/guides and how you prioritize play style over over-the-counter builds.
Quick tip for the trash compactor room:
If you get into a pinch and run out of time, run to the very back of the room (opposite of the lever) and stand in the center against the back wall to survive (you'll notice a very small notch in the wall).
Then, resume the sequence again by activating the lever (the adds will not respawn).

I think the long wait at the end was so you could go find the collectibles. Pretty certain there was one in that room somewhere.

Still pretty proud I got the emblem back in the day by solo flawlessing the master version. I used anarchy contraverse aswell, but it was still in Chosen, so breach and clear wasn't a thing.
I remember that these abominations just wouldn't die no matter how much damage you dealt. I kinda miss the harder version, because the legend version feels like what the normal version was back then

Thank you for this guide Tizzle. As is usual for you, it is thoughtful and helpful. I would like to provide a reality check for average players however. I tried this at 1838 and even the adds were hard to kill (void shields). When this was first introduced, the only way you could obtain a catalyst for Dead Man's Tale was to do this on master level. I don't know why an average player would want to try this now.
I believe it is still difficult because there is a maximum effective level
Dawn Chorus + Dragon’s Breath is the most underrated combo.
In the compactor you can kill skreebs then stand under the hole you came in jump right as the walls close then hit it again an do floor
Pretty fun mission back in the day. Great solo emblem, too.
It took me about 20 runs to get the path down without mistakes. And if I don't run the mission for a while, It'll take me a run or 2 to refresh. So no need to apologize. Good to see how this build works out though.

Not bad but it's not very apples to apples. U could go ahead and use it but it would be more of a laid back option.
Exactly what the other comment said. If you want a replacement for zaoulis, I’d say to use epochal integration

you don't have to die there if you miss 1. if you jump right there 5:25 at the end of the room of that little golden edge you only have to jump up and down for like 5 seconds, you don't get squezzed then even the walls closed. it will open again without enemies then. just jump. had to do it several times because i missed one and never died.

Damn, if it rewards an emblem i have something to do for a night. I tried it solo legend while was farming presage for calus mini tool, it's not that hard really, i died like 2 times on screebs in trash compactor and around 3 times against abominations, they almost spawn camped me. On normal difficulty i usually do it in something like 12-13 minutes
