    Very detailed! Too much for me but you show a very good way to start a wrap for a point that isn’t drilled! Thanks!

    Absolutely love your work. I just wish you would have showed up what each step looked like up close before moving on to the end. I have made anything yet, but I am going to tmattempt this design as my 1st project! Your work is beautiful. How did you get the decorations part to have a perfect ball on the ends?

    Hi! I am portuguese and a very small youtuber making videos since January. I really apreciate your very precious work on wire. And about this subject I would like to ask you if there is a best wire to work with without turnnig the colour quite fast. Thank you and continue to make your wonderful art. Sorry about my poor english.

    How do you keep the obsidian crystal from sliding out? Those wraps you did near the bottom would not hold it secure.

  • @diegooland1261

    I like the time laps. How did you make the little blobs on the ends of the wire?

  • @Nionearth
    @Nionearth 6 років тому

    in order of the quantity of wire, how is it calculated on the basis of the project? And how is the project created: in outline or drawing every single scroll of the thread?

    • @AubreyBouck_Brandavir
      @AubreyBouck_Brandavir  6 років тому

      I usually measure it as I use it, and sometimes I draw up a rough idea, and other times I just go with the flow. For this one, the owner had a slight idea of what he wanted, so I sketched it out, got his approval, and then let the wire mostly flow around the design. It didn't look exact, but he loved it.

    • @AubreyBouck_Brandavir

      I usually just guestimate the amount needed for each design element. It has taken practice. I usually guess a little longer than needed, but I use my scraps later in other work

    beautiful work!!! thank you for sharing. If you only did through part 1 and didnt include the additional design work from part 2 do you think the obsidian would be secure enough with the single wrap at the bottom?

    • @AubreyBouck_Brandavir
      @AubreyBouck_Brandavir  7 років тому

      Hello! I don't think it would be secure enough with just 1 wire, but if you made a few on each side, in different areas, that should definitely keep it from tipping out!

    This is not a tutorial. it's merely a timelapse/sped-up video.
    However, it does have some ideas projecting at us. There's many ways to weave, and it should be intuitive that it's entirely up to us and our sense of style and method. The maker of the video is merely demonstrating.
