  • On 28 September 2023, EIT Climate-KIC gathered Irish and international experts and leaders from agri-business, policy, government, research, and farmer associations for a full-day conference, “From farm to fork: Shaping sustainable food system aiming to shape a vision for sustainable food systems together”. The event was held at the University College Dublin and aimed to shape a vision for sustainable food systems together with multiple stakeholders.
On the sixth and final session of the day, after practical workshops, the speakers delved into the “enabling conditions” necessary to unlock transformation across the board, from finance and sustainable business models to new skills and rethinking education, to radical collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
