Thank you for the video. I 'm working in a renal ward. Will it a problem when applying for a USA RN job. Because, some others say that USA hire only ICU,HDU,medical, surgical, etc nurses.
Thank you for the video. Could you explain that, how to calculate experience for US RN. Do I need continues two year experience?. Because, I have two year working experience but, in between I have taken four month no pay leave. Will it problem for showing my two year experience?.
thank you sir for your advises ,actually iam doing my bachelors in nursing in india but going to do my masters in health admistrations in days coming in USA . my question how is the career being registerd nurse with masters in health admnistration . thank you I do love your shows
That’s very good. You are making a wise decision to get your masters in USA other than getting it abroad. You may also want to look into the option of becoming a nurse practitioner so that you prescribe drugs and attend to patients same way like doctors
Hi sir... your smile is always a unique feature which God gifted you ❤❤😅. So, may l ask you a question? I just passed nclex ( New York state) Do I need to request them for my license? And how long it might take them to send me my documents.? Thanks
@@mehsenibrahim7180 thank you. New York sends your license physically to your address. The one you gave them during application. It takes about 1 month but can be difficult for them to send your documents if you don’t have an address. Notify them of any address change. It’s even easier if you give them an address of a relative or friend who is in USA so they can send your documents there
Hello bro,is there a university or institute in Uganda that offers a foundational course to a BSC nursing degree like in USA or Europe? cause I'm trying to search for this programme online but i can't find it,thank you. This course is normally designed for students without science background and takes like 1 year OR Can I do the BSC nursing degree foundation course in Europe and later enroll in a Ugandan university ?
Hello Ivan. Thanks for such a good question. Unfortunately the only ways to be admitted to a BSC Nursing in a Ugandan University are the following; 1. Score a principle pass in Bio and Chen and a sub in Math or physics 2. Have a diploma in Nursing/Midwifery Makerere University has a program called mature entry but I last heard when this program helps those who want to join medicine. You can ask at their department of nursing to find out if it also enables one to join nursing at a bachelor’s level. About Europe, you can’t just do a foundational course because once you come back, nursing council will look at your Ugandan secondary education again and they will disqualify you because you did not pass the required subjects. So no university will want to admit you as they are not sure if nursing council will give you a license after your studies. So if you decide to study abroad, study the whole program of nursing abroad and become a nurse there. But if you really really want to become a nurse in Uganda at a bachelor’s level, you can do sciences at s.5 and S.6 and strive to get the principal passes they want. You will take that as time for doing your foundational course😀 Alternatively, you can use your S.4 to do a certificate in nursing, then upgrade to diploma, then later upgrade to degree in nursing. However this route takes many years. I would personally choose to go back to S.5 and do my sciences instead of taking that option. Also watch this video. It may give you more insights ua-cam.com/video/fuUTTroRRqM/v-deo.htmlsi=Nn6DY24miYQsxrpp
@@nursingembassy8018 Thank you very much for the detailed answer,it's such a disappointment that Uganda doesn't have a special foundation course for the BSC nursing degree, they are missing out on the money from adult and international students,Europe though more expensive but has better options for nursing aspirants,USA is even better cause they have LPN,foundational courses, plus accelerated nursing degree programs,so I'm likely to stick to Europe cause the options in Uganda are not suitable, thank you ounce again,God bless you!

@@nursingembassy8018 I see. Our facility doesn’t have enough to let everyone go home with one so we charge it at work and keep it there for the next shift.

4 months is not an issue especially if you are working in the same facility. That was just a leave. Even here in USA we pick 30 day vacations
