    Hi Gregg, What is the very first step to move the head to the left ? What is the process with the control panel ?

      @@pontiacchick88 Hi Melissa, I managed to find the solution by myself. You have to tell the printer to do a cleaning around the printhead (the one you do with the little green sticks to remove fabric residues from the head). Once the head has moved to the middle you can start the process of changing the maintenance assembly.

      @@vincentcrz6975 Thank you! After the print head has moved to the left do we unplug the printer to cut the power? I assume we want the printer off since we are disconnecting wires? Or does that not matter since they are clips?
      I really appreciate it. I have one of these assemblies being delivered on Saturday and there is no instructions as far as I know.

      @@pontiacchick88 Yes I think I unplugged it once the head has moved. Replacement is not a big deal if you follow the instructions in the video carrefully.
