ive seen flexible metal pipe that is placed over the tailpipe that vents all exhaust fumes/ vapours outside the workshop, better for your longterm health.

Hey, Pete would you be available to speak with? I own a 01 cobra and it is pouring white smoke and oil blowback and I guess compression test wasn't the best and something in the engine needs to be fixed, I already spend near 2 grand to rebuild the hellion turbocharger that is on this car but wanted to show u the engine bay and see if we can diagnose it, the people working on it said the motor was blown but then I ask where exactly and they only can say the left side, cant specifically show me exactly where...
Would you be able to help out a fellow Peter and be able for 5 minutes of your time tops, so I can let u know what is going on and see if we can diagnose it than the people unable to fix it currently and cant point out specifically where... there are hoses not connected to connectors on the firewall, and even the oil separator inlet is coming from from the crankcase breather hose and the lower fitting and overflow section leads directly to the intake right before the turbo sucks it up... I'm guessing causing the oil blowback issue? but if u can help me in diagnosing why it is pouring white smoke the ten minutes that I did drive the car...and if an engine is blown then there is no way that it would start right up and run correctly, would it?
Somebody legit sabotaged this car on me, please help me peter to figure out what could be wrong, so I can get a better handle on exactly what it needs... would u be interested in helping fix the car? I may be able to ship it to you if you think u can get her running as she should... Thanks and hope to hear from you,
    -Peter Piccolo

I have a 65 Mustang with a built 302 and Paxton supercharger. You might have the same problem I do. The supercharger manual requires a higher performance fuel pump which is fitted with an additional VACCUM line running up to the carburetor. It is designed to push fuel up to the carb if the internal membrane. My Carter fuel pump was 12 years old and apparently the membrane failed so it sent fuel up into the carb causing all sorts of misfires, etc due to the excess fuel. My Paxton uses an airbox and is push through unit so the QFT carb sits inside the airbox. Thus all the extra fuel was going into the airbox and into the carb causing it to run extremely rich. Check to see if your fuel pump (mechanical) has an added line running up to the carb to act as an overflow. I may have explained it wrong, but I just ordered a carb rebuild kit and new fuel pump. I don't know if this even applies to an electric fuel pump system. Good luck. I had to track down a local expert to diagnose this because that extra line is not normal on most carbureted engines.

Electric fuel pumps are different. The extra line out of the carb is a vent that is supposed to go back to the tank or EGR system

Are the door panels the original factory color? My sister in-law had a '66 with blue interior, but the blue was a lighter shade.
