    Appreciate the video Pete. Its the little things in a build that don't garner the attention as an engine build or a modification in car videos. Your recent installments on the mustang and cobra instructional as well as inspirational. Keep up the good work.

    If possible...can you make a video on " planning required to build a new car from scratch".
    Would really appreciate it. Thanks.

    Pete - I installed everything with brand new parts. and I mean everything. when I go start to roll the window down from the up position, the carrier starts to shift back out of the front vent window channel and stops. if I put pressure on it from the rear to hold it in the front channel, it works smooth as silk. What did I do wrong?

      Compare the new window carrier to the old one, I have found some have different angles and locations for the slots where the regulator rollers go

    Hey Pete, Great video!! I am about to change the top trim on my door windows for 68 Cougar XR7. Can you lead to where I can purchase that 1/16 rubber piece that goes on the bottom of the molding. And do you use any type of adhesive? I live where the average summer temp is 110’s degrees.

      That will take awhile to find, I really don't know. Don't use adhesives

    Hey Pete just wondering what are your overall costs when rebuilding an entire engine yourself?

    • @PetesGarage
      @PetesGarage  3 роки тому

      It depends on the engine and what you are trying to do...can be $1,500 to $16,000

    Hi. its seems so easy to slide down the bracket that holds the glass on 1:54. Did you heat it up first?

    • @PetesGarage

      I did not

    You make it look easy Pete. Do you have a video where you show how to remove hardware and trim?

      Like pulling off the window crank, door handle, inner door trim, and the window seals that attach to the door.

    Hey Pete how are you pal. Tom here from downstate here how are you. Long time subscriber and watcher of your videos. I'm looking into speccing a car and I have a question. Is it possible to put a magnusson,whipple or edelbrock style supercharger on a 440 mopar? I haven't seen one and I've been looking pretty hard. Can it even be done? I know I'll get an honest professional answer from you Pete thanks a million

      Sure, there are 440 supercharger kits that will get up to 875 HP

    Somebody gave me driver's side glass with the carrier for 64-66 and 67-68 (maybe 69-70 I have no idea). No idea what they're worth nor do I own a mustang. Haha.
