Gah. I love how wholesome and pleasant your videos are. I can't believe that gigantic thing is only a hundred bucks. I was expecting transforming movie megazord prices for this one.
Ok some people are complaining about the jail but I actually love that detail. It's unique and adds so much towards this being more playset than megazord. This would have been a hard sell to my parents as a kid but I would have loved it. Now I'm not really into the Ninja Steel line and I don't have nearly enough space for it though.
Main reason we haven't seen a team up is because the Gokigers have only met the Go-Busters and Zyuohgers after giving the keys back, The Dino Chargers's counterparts only met the Go-busters and and TOQgers, the Ninningers only met the TOQgers and Zyuohers, The Kyurangers met both the Ninningers and the Zyuohgers (perhaps everyone else, IDK). Besides, they put budget into making the zord cockpit from Samurai, which probably costs a lot, as well as they are limited to 20 adaptable episodes and two specials per season
I like the Japanese version better for show accuracy, but Americas version wins for being a play set and really being interactive with the 5 inch figures I think that is great and seems like a lot of fun.
I gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised by this guy the only thing I would like for this guy is a darker paint scheme like maroon instead of red and gold instead of yellow and some grey paint for the treads but other than that he is pretty cool
In a perfect world these would all have an awesome paint job. This really needs more paint, at the risk of stating the obvious... but the detail is all there. For anyone who does enjoy customizing, this could certainly end up looking great. I probably will do some painting eventually.
I discovered your channel over 3 years ago. You never stop getting better and better. Keep up the good work. And btw I'm both #TeamBruno and #TeamMia :D
I think I need that! Oh wait I'm getting it for Christmas also great video I love the part where you became the head you would make a good megazord head
I was just re-watching this, and I don't know if you've discovered something yet or not. At 2:34 you mentioned not seeing any way of attaching extra left over parts like the dragon wing shield, but there are ports on the lion arms for the shield to attach just like the Japanese version shows at 5:19. There is one less left over piece now. Plus in this form, you can always store the tiny pieces in the jail. Hope that helps!
I wish they made a more in to scale version into lion fire and added a part to attach bullrider so then it will be more into scale like Japan's version
Nice save there with the butt...thing. Also I think it is worth it, but perhaps with a new paint job, so in my mind, if people like doing custom paint jobs on their zords, this one looks perfect for such things.
I've been hyped for this thing ever since I saw the first images from NYCC. Now I known the hype was all worth it. I love the size of this thing, its so huge! I also like how they made this a playset. It makes sense as most parents would rather spend $100 on a playset megazord hybrid with sounds, a jail, etc, rather than lets say a slighty bigger $60 megazord. I'm personally a fan of playsets, and I'm glad Lion Fire kind of revived that tradition. And while there'll be naysayers who say "Oh it nots Lion Haoh.", At least Bandai America is putting in the effort to make larger megazord with more features ever since the movie. Considering our economy has not been the best in the past couple of years, well most likely never get the japenese molds in the U.S. toys ever again. But for what Bandai America did, they did a great job capturing the giant size of most ultrazords. Hopefully mine will arrive in a couple of days in the mail and I'll be able to give my own thoughts.
I would give it a 5/10. Reason: the size. When you put the ninja steel mega zord in, it fits well but there is just emptiness so the megazord is almost sorta hanging. I hope they do a re-release of it where the legs are pushable so the megazord can fit more better
I got my Lion Fire Fortress Zord today and I found out that you don’t have to have the Ninja Steel megazord’s legs in a full seated position. If you put it in normally the have the legs straight out then at the hip joints bring them down one click then at the knee joints bring them down one click. Same thing with the Blaze Megazord
...that is one tough cat...its also very armed.....whelp all giant monsters better hide and pray... But all.jokes aside this would make a great gift for a kid who loves the ninja steel series. Its basically a megazord and base and giant vehicle...and it makes noises...NOISES!!!!
I'm trying to collect all the ninja steel megazords but I only have ninja steel the rumble tusk is in argos along with the lion fire fortress zord but it also could be on the toys R us website in the UK and I will have to go on eBay for the astro and bullrider WORTH IT!!!
well, it's bigger. but it also stripped away 95% of the paint, and the plastic sounds so hollow that I'm surprised the ratchets didn't tear themself apart. Considering Lion Haoh retailed just under 10k yen, this gives you more plastic, and has play value as a playset, but aside from that is just lesser in every category.
while it is neat that it is a very large zord, and no I don't know the logistics of running a multi million dollar company, for a hundred dollars it feels like there should be a bit more paint for how hallow the plastic sounds when you were assembling it. I'm sure kids will like it, and honestly my favorite thing about this toy... is the box, and no that's not sarcasm. I missed our old style boxes where it was just a simple picture of the toy, yet looked so elegant and fancy. I genuinely wish all megazords came packaged like that, even if it's a normal $35 dollar one. Something so super satisfying of not knowing exactly what it's going to look like and that type of unboxing experience that made you want to save the box.
Oh I so miss the non-window boxes. Absolutely. Much more exciting opening those up, especially when you've got the five individual Zords (rather than already in Megazord mode).
I am still torn on this. I got it for 70 USD but still unsure if it's worth it. It feels like a 40 dollar toy due to how hollow it is and lack of paint and so on. Even the "electronics" is a bit sad. This would've been woth the hundred if they made it a bit sturdy, given paint and maybe some lights. It's feels as if 100 is not worth it for a bit of hollow plastic and a lions roar.
In the UK (And France) I have looked EVERYWHERE for the white ranger but I just can't find her! They only sell red, blue, yellow, pink, Ripcon and the Megazord I'm mad!!!!!!
I actually like the American version better for once, I think its better proportioned. Have you thought about painting this one though? It really needs it..
There are definitely this I like about like the sound effects, how when you turn it it clicks into place, the jail and of course the spots to put the rangers. These I dislike the size I have no space for that lol, the price, and obvi the lack of paint but I do enjoy painting I've done it with most of my megazords. I won't buy it due to the price but if I were to get this as a Christmas present I would and would have a ton of fun painting it to show accuracy. Awesome review Bruno
Y'know, moreso than a lot of recent BOA megazords, this really looks cheap in quality compared to the Japanese version, as if most of the budget for this toy went into making it big with little concern for making it look nice. Seriously, there is practically no paint on this thing, and it could really use some paint. Finally, because this is bigger than the Japanese version, while the Ninja Steel Megazord is smaller, they're totally out of scale. Overall, this is more of a glorified playset than a megazord
How many of you are here because this toy is still on the shelves of Toy R Us on its very last day of business and it priced at over 95% off and it still doen't sell?
Great review Bruno, this season was one of the times I did not really like the megazord combos, I really didn't like the one zord controls a mech body and then when they added this it just made it worse to me. the only ones I liked was the last zords.
Great video as always Bruno. Though I wish it was a darker red color, I really like the American toy. Also I'm curious, since it comes apart, will you be repainting it yourself?
Great Video Bruno! Out of curiosity I remember you did a video showing that the ninninger zords are somewhat compatible with the Ninja Steel version, have you been able to tell if the gold ranger's megazord can combine with the japanese version as well? Depending on shelf space I might have to get the japanese version but I haven't seen if the gold megazord can combine.
When was the last time we ever got electronics for Ameircan Megazord toys from the show? That honestly surprised when I saw this toy had electronics. Not sure I wanna get this honestly, I heard it's actually pretty expensive. I might skip out or wait on it
I just mine last night for $50 at Toys R Us, I was surprised to find that it was soft plastic, also, the Megazord had a hard time fitting into it's spot, Bruno, did you have this problem?
You really liked the American Zord-builder version, but I still like the original Japanese versions of the megazords. (Gokaiger, Ninninger, Boukenger, and Go-Onger)
Yeah, I wish everyone would just click the direct links in the description so they didn't have to pay a fortune on eBay. Everyone misses out on the great things we put down there.
Remember when I asked you, a while ago, what they would do for the American lion ha oh (seeing as the robots HAVE to be able to sit in it). Well, I'm at least happy they went with something different than some smaller untransformable version. Love lion ha oh - though. He's quite big enough as it is!
Like your other review, this one was great. Regarding you "is it worth it" question, I am sadly still in the not where I worry about what is socially accepted
i do have some power rangers toys but outside of the 5 inch figures and the legacy line and a few American repaints i mostly go for the stuff over seas
This toy has identity crisis. It wants to be Zord builder, but lack the ports to be fully exploited. It wants to be a playset, but was molded with the megazord concept first.
Wow that was quick that you found it, I know everyone is going to be mixed on this which is understandable. I mean the lowered the price on it from what i heard it was suppose to be (of course I may be wrong and usually am) . I think it gives more playability and it more places for the five inch figures and megazord to actually ride on it instead of just sitting inside the center. I understand everyone's opinions and looking at your review and the ninninger lion it does kind of balance it out. I know nothing will be like Japan anymore that is because of electronics and stuff. But also the shipping from Japan is expensive too. It's a balance of course of how to make fans happy, give it more playability for kids, also costs to make it and make a profit too. At least it does have sounds because a lot of stuff from (Saban) doesn't have electronics in the zords too. Side question Do you think/wish that bandai will come out with all the auxiliary zords in one package next year near end of super ninja steel for a decent price like they did with the Dino cycles and black tyrano and spino zord combo pack at toys r us?
the reason why people ask "but is it worth it" is because they are asking for your opinion. some may not be completely sold on what was featured and just want your opinion as the deciding factor. its like saying "would you recommend this" in any review. I agree it does depend on why the person is buying it.. but they are merely asking for your opinion on if they should or shouldn't go out and get it, or if they should watch it. like say you were to review the complete season of a power rangers or super sentai season and someone who has not seen the season were to ask "is it worth watching" or "would you recommend it" you may have enjoyed the season, but as far as recommending people to watch it, you may say "well... there are better seasons" they are merely asking your opinion. that is all by the way, been meaning to ask if you guys have tried or seen the super mega force video game... thing. I don't know much about it but for the longest time I saw some super megaforce game thing that came with 2 figures, a controller and a base that you plug directly into the TV and you are supposed to collect figured to unlock characters I guess you would have made some video about it.
Well at long last we finally have a Zord with sound effects in it.
The jail looks like it would've been PERFECT for a Dino Charge set
Me: I'm gonna pass on Lion Ha-Oh. It's cool but it's just to big to fit in my room.
Bandai America: Hehe, fool has no idea what's coming...
The first version of this that I saw was actually bigger, if you can believe it. I guess they couldn't make it happen. So here's the smaller version.
Gah. I love how wholesome and pleasant your videos are. I can't believe that gigantic thing is only a hundred bucks. I was expecting transforming movie megazord prices for this one.
Thanks for the size comparrison with pyramidas. That thing looks like tons of fun
The box looks like a throw back to pre Disney era.
Me:MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mom:what is it
Me: i think i need that
Mom: No you dont
Me:yes i do and NINJA STEEL
PartyScarf gunna buy all the toys out with _NINJA STEEL_
I gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised by this guy the only thing I would like for this guy is a darker paint scheme like maroon instead of red and gold instead of yellow and some grey paint for the treads but other than that he is pretty cool

MMPRtoys this statement reminds me of someone I know (you)
I agree. 100 dollars for something this big and with some sounds seems appropriate.
RedKnightVideos 9uuuu66
I discovered your channel over 3 years ago. You never stop getting better and better. Keep up the good work. And btw I'm both #TeamBruno and #TeamMia :D
WOW! That zord is huge
I think I need that!
Oh wait I'm getting it for Christmas also great video I love the part where you became the head you would make a good megazord head
Such a fun purchase, amazing review and included shots with the figures and other zords!
Awesome video guys. Glad that I'm back from a busy summer and able to watch all of your videos that I missed. Keep up the awesome work.
Ya know, even 4 years later, Lion Fortress is still a big, impressive thing. I don't have the real estate for it, but man, is it cool.
I got it
lol. bruno almost had a slip up with a certain type of plug. i laughed way to hard at this. great vid. keep up the good work.
That epic shot with the 10 rangers, I give it 10/10 Fruit Loops.
Thanks! :) (...but not with marshmallows, right...?)
Of course with marshmallows. You must be silly to think otherwise!
DAMN this thing is HUGE!!!!
Rman Nayr That's what she said.
I was just re-watching this, and I don't know if you've discovered something yet or not. +MMPRtoys Bandai did a good job with the size
your look when you almost said Butt plug was hilarious. Great video.
I wish they made a more in to scale version into lion fire and added a part to attach bullrider so then it will be more into scale like Japan's version
I honestly didn't like Ninninger but i love ninja steel. Keep up the amazing job Bruno and Mia!
Been waiting so long for this! Thank you so much.
Nice save there with the butt...thing. Also I think it is worth it, but perhaps with a new paint job, so in my mind, if people like doing custom paint jobs on their zords, this one looks perfect for such things.
I'll make it look nice when I have some free time. I do enjoy that.
Great review Bruno thank you for working hard for our entertainment!!!
:)
I've been hyped for this thing ever since I saw the first images from NYCC. Now I known the hype was all worth it. I love the size of this thing, its so huge! I can only guess it'll be painted and made prettier by you?
Wow never have I thought that Japans toy would be smaller I'm impressed
You guys had too much fun with that last bit.
Im looking forward to buying it to paint it up! if Bandai sends it to Canada that is.
Did you end up getting it on clearance?
I would give it a 5/10.
Reason: the size. When you put the ninja steel mega zord in, it fits well but there is just emptiness so the megazord is almost sorta hanging. I hope they do a re-release of it where the legs are pushable so the megazord can fit more better
They're evolving- more swivels!

Legend says that if you are early bruno will reply! Anyways LOVE UR VIDS!!
Don't fall for legends. I doubt I'll even see this comment.
I'm trying to collect all the ninja steel megazords but I only have ninja steel the rumble tusk is in argos along with the lion fire fortress zord but it also could be on the toys R us website in the UK and I will have to go on eBay for the astro and bullrider WORTH IT!!!
Lion fire fortress has to be the best name of any toy ever !! If I had a camper I would call it that !! 😂
well, it's bigger. but it also stripped away 95% of the paint, and the plastic sounds so hollow that I'm surprised the ratchets didn't tear themself apart. Considering Lion Haoh retailed just under 10k yen, this gives you more plastic, and has play value as a playset, but aside from that is just lesser in every category.
The lack of screen-accuracy size and full Zord usage is triggering my OCD, but I do love the way the fortress playset looks with the figures.
while it is neat that it is a very large zord, and no I don't know the logistics of running a multi million dollar company, for a hundred dollars it feels like there should be a bit more paint for how hallow the plastic sounds when you were assembling it.

standup109 japan still has those for super sentai
MMPRtoys are u Indonesian ?? O
Direct link in the video description!

The packaging reminds me of some of the old megzord boxes like the ones from SPD...
I remember seeing a shop advertise this with the Japanese version in some pictures
In the UK (And France) I have looked EVERYWHERE for the white ranger but I just can't find her! They only sell red, blue, yellow, pink, Ripcon and the Megazord I'm mad!!!!!!
I think I need that for the lion fortress
All I know is that I'm going to have to buy more paint :)
I just got mine today and they weren't even on sale at toys r us yet. They made an exception for me. Yosha lucky!
I actually like the American version better for once, I think its better proportioned. Have you thought about painting this one though? It really needs it..

Another great review Bruno! 👍
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, the girls have their Ultra Mode Armor now
I CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO CUSTOMIZE ONE!!!

It's begging for paint!
KRX50 what’s wrong with playsets?
I LOVE BIG MEGAZORDS!!!!
I think the USA one is just SOOOOOOoooooo impressive.
I'm gonna have to take out another mortgage for this.
hahaa
My favorite video reviews of yours are the ones about Legacy Falconzord and Legacy Ninja Megazord.
Well...thanks :) I don't think those come close to our best vids though. Have you seen Titano Charge?
Dude you were right the lion Fortress Zord is a big thing I think I need that
Lion fire fortress zord? I THINK I NEED THAT :)
It's not as bad as I thought it'd be but I'm glad I got Lion HaOh when he was only like 100 bucks on amazon.
One of those rare instances where Bandai went BIGGER than normal. surprising!
DML897 but, they shouldn't have
How many of you are here because this toy is still on the shelves of Toy R Us on its very last day of business and it priced at over 95% off and it still doen't sell?
Great review Bruno, this season was one of the times I did not really like the megazord combos, I really didn't like the one zord controls a mech body and then when they added this it just made it worse to me. the only ones I liked was the last zords.
Great video as always Bruno. Though I wish it was a darker red color, I really like the American toy. Also I'm curious, since it comes apart, will you be repainting it yourself?
I'm sure I will at some point.
I'm so annoyed! For some reason this didn't appear in my activity section!?!?
me:mum
mum:yes
me:can I buy the lion fire zord
mum:soon and I'll think
Did bruno do a video for the bullrider megazord? I cant find one.
Also thus is £40 now in the uk. Thats ridiculous
In a few years, this Megazord alone will be worth more than all of the Ninninger mecha combined.
Am I the only one that noticed Skullgator? I guess this means its that time of year again for fall toys :D
So far, yes. I wish more people cared about the bad guys! I think it's so great we're getting all of these figures now!
Im thrilled as well, but Ill never be satisfied until we get every villain from a season. Not sure what it is, but I really like monsters.
When was the last time we ever got electronics for Ameircan Megazord toys from the show? That honestly surprised when I saw this toy had electronics. Not sure I wanna get this honestly, I heard it's actually pretty expensive. I might skip out or wait on it
The only thing I'm wondering is when will we get the review(s) for rodeomaru and ufomaru??? Or are they just gonna make cameos in your next videos???
The ones I just got last week...? You should check out our vlog channel.
Is that what my entirely Japanese Zord wall implies? ;) US Zords are great for customizing. Everything has its place and various uses.
Love this figure, this figure is going for a lot of money on eBay it's ridiculously
Yeah, I wish everyone would just click the direct links in the description so they didn't have to pay a fortune on eBay. Everyone misses out on the great things we put down there.
It looks better if you put the feet panel under the ninja steel megazord feet it gives the effect it's doing something more than the hanging
A mech inside a mech, inside another mech. MECHception
Woah Bruno that totally real gun is totally real!
Gun?
Remember when I asked you, a while ago, what they would do for the American lion ha oh (seeing as the robots HAVE to be able to sit in it). Well, I'm at least happy they went with something different than some smaller untransformable version. Love lion ha oh - though. He's quite big enough as it is!
I sure didn't expect the thing to tower over Japan's!
MMPRtoys yeah, but I think it made sense for bandai -- now they have a play set. Turtles, spider-man -- these toy lines have play sets.
Go go Power Rangers Go go Power Rangers
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NINJA STEEL
Like your other review, this one was great. Regarding you "is it worth it" question, I am sadly still in the not where I worry about what is socially accepted
Stupid "socially acceptable." That cost me a fortune in TMNT toys. >:-o Wish I hadn't cared back then.
Bruno dang that toy is huge ninja steel
i do have some power rangers toys but outside of the 5 inch figures and the legacy line and a few American repaints i mostly go for the stuff over seas
Awesome Bruno!
I want to see this where you get this MMPRtoys?plz answer! :D i like ur videos do :D i have bullrider zord :D
What do u think about the chesebuger morpher as a camera
Can you tell us how we can see all the seasons of super sentai signed Elijah..
Hi love the video.
Thanks :)
Mmpr toys this was in my local Smyths ToySuperstores And the box was absolutely massive
Side question Do you think/wish that bandai will come out with all the auxiliary zords in one package next year near end of super ninja steel for a decent price like they did with the Dino cycles and black tyrano and spino zord combo pack at toys r us?
Hey Bruno are you planning on uploading a vlog some time soon where you buy the lion fire fortress zord at toysrus?
This thing almost puts Fortress Maximus to shame!
Awesome video Bruno, just got mine at toys r us in Valencia!
Nice! Have you found any of the Ninja Training Mode figures yet?
MMPRtoys no not yet
i now what i am gonna do with it it's time to get my gold paint markers
I've seen the Gold rangers in stores, although that is Kansas.
Really? 5 inch figure? It's so hard to find stuff near us. I bought toys in Oregon back in April that I have yet to see here in California. :-/
That is a big giant thing
The only problem I have are the treads by the feet but I still love to display it
the reason why people ask "but is it worth it" is because they are asking for your opinion.
some may not be completely sold on what was featured and just want your opinion as the deciding factor.
its like saying "would you recommend this" in any review.
I agree it does depend on why the person is buying it.. but they are merely asking for your opinion on if they should or shouldn't go out and get it, or if they should watch it.
like say you were to review the complete season of a power rangers or super sentai season and someone who has not seen the season were to ask "is it worth watching" or "would you recommend it"
you may have enjoyed the season, but as far as recommending people to watch it, you may say "well... there are better seasons"
they are merely asking your opinion. that is all
by the way, been meaning to ask if you guys have tried or seen the super mega force video game... thing. I don't know much about it but for the longest time I saw some super megaforce game thing that came with 2 figures, a controller and a base that you plug directly into the TV and you are supposed to collect figured to unlock characters
I guess you would have made some video about it.
