They did a good job with the zord, but I wish they sold the zord separately without the repainted megazord. I believe the samurai auxilary zords each came with a figure, so with Ninja Steel I reckon they should've had the auxilary zord, and a additional shuriken that is compatible with the morpher, sword, gun etc. Either that or add the figure of the zord. Or add both, if neither of them can justify the required price on their own.
So glad I got all the ninninger stuff while it was on sale cheap on amazon

So my guess for the movie megazord is that the build able version is a made up version to keep ppl happy and have more zord builder parts. And the action version you reviewed is what the megazord looks like but with more colour (grey going to be a shiny metallic colour maybe like pacific rim main robot). I'm guessing that as I can't see where the black range zord is (might be due to the lack of paint) but I can see there's blue on both feet/thrusters which different from the zord builder version.
For the transformation sequence in the movie I bet there really isn't one and it will look like the combining robots in the second Transformer movie. Instead of it just being moves gears and parts to give it that look of combining it's the mesh part from the legs and arms that grabs everything together (maybe from the morphing grid). If there is any moving part sequence for the zords again it will look like the Transformers movie where is doesn't give how it transforms it's just moving parts until it looks like the body parts it should be.
the rumble tusk megazord reminds me of the dualdrive megazord release from operation operdrive where it had that unnecessary repaint of the red ranger vehicle with incomplete parts. i dont know why but i just do. looking forward to the next videos, bruno!
I don't like that I have to buy a whole Megazord for an auxillary zord. 😧

Bandai should eventually release just the elephant. It's annoying for collectors (and kids! It's easier to get your parents to consider a $15 toy, versus a $30 one!)
Do i want the elephant? Yes. Do i want to buy a 30+ dollar toy just to get a figure i would rather pay 15 for? No.
I can only hope they don't do this for the rest of the zords. Yet i see the surfer zord getting the same treatment.
Also buy his size do you think we will be getting the Huge Lion zord from ninninger. I can understand them shrinking it and taking the sound out but that still leave a big toy

Bruno, dunno if you got it yet, but I think you're really gonna love the blade. The way the blade extends is really satisfying.
I *could* get behind the multiple megazord releases if they're *all* getting thematic decos. Especially if UFOmaru gets a sleek silver and blue paint job.
3: using other material, like Sticky tack (or what ever it's named), and
depending on the answer to number one, can you sorta fake connecting a
shuriken dragon head to make Battle suit Dragon Megazord* look more
accurate?
5: considering the Dinocharge action figures already fit Shurikenjin's
seat, would the US ZB Zords actually be compatible with the Sentai Zords
this time around

I have a brief idea of what they should have done.The repainted Megazord is cool,but what if we had the zord that came WITH a small ranger like the extra zords did in Samurai. :-)

Speaking of Samurai! They shoulda packaged the Samurai Battle Wing as one thing, & had it B more screen accurate. The Claw & Octo Zords shoulda been packaged together. & finally, they shoulda made the Light Zord the same size as the primary megazord, had the limbs B swappable, & made it so we could load & deploy the spin disks we got with that line. Also, the 5 main zords shoulda had their own folding mode.

It is the US/Canada/South America toy safety law problems.
Ninninger's mech are more for collectors.
Can you fit the japanese green elephant in the American version of the Megazord? That would fix a big problem of not having proper auxiliary zords.

I hope Bandai of America would at least have the decency to not pack every auxillary mech with... what is that? 3,5/5 of a full megazord?

The Ninja Stars on the zords are the edges foam or hard plastic. Because im hoping there still a hard plastic for the zord.

I watched Baltmatrix'a review of the Ninja Steel Megazord, and he said that the quality was really bad. (Loose knees, tight joints, instability, etc. etc.) Is that true? I'm going to get the main Megazord no matter what, but I was just wondering.

Just saw the Ninja Steel Astro Megazord at my local Toys R Us. I like the blue and silver color scheme on it better than the Rumble Tusk Megazord.
I guess we can call it the US exclusive Lizard zord.
Wonder how they will make two seasons out of ninninger
Probably a silly question, but it's worth asking seeing as Bandai of America REALLY did well with Ninja Steel Zords and megazords in comparison to the Japanese counterparts. Is it possible to connect the Japanese Zords to the American Version?
I only ask because being able to simply swap out Yellow Zord for Dumpmaru would allow for the interchangeability and also the use of the Japanese Shuriken, so sounds could be used in those forms.
I kinda prefer my toys to be cheaper so to bundle them with a new megazord is a bit of a turnoff but I do have to say, if you're someone who likes to display your auxiliary zords in megazord mode, this is definitely the season for you. so yes there are pros and cons. my only complaint about the new color scheme is the choice of green and orange, I get why it's green but ot should have been green and yellow to match with the elephant better imho. still cool video

Oh god. Someone please tell Bandai that this way of releasing auxiliaries is a BAD idea. That is wasted plastic and paint that could have been used in the main Megazord
I agree with the first half. The second idea isn't how it works though. One toy doesn't affect the next. If they added more paint/plastic to the main megazord, the price would go up and then they'd have a problem with retailers ordering the toys (as well as parents who buy them).

From the looks of Elephant by itself, I guess my theory would be correct: the extra critters are so small that it's impossible for Bandai America to justify charging bike prices. So they repaint the main Megazord body and force the full Megazord price...meaning folks who wanna catch'em all are gonna have to constantly drop Megazord money.
For all those fan fictions. They can pretend it's an EVIL ninja steel megazord.

On the legs of the Japanese one it has connection points, for the life of me I can't figure out what you use them for (I have all the Ninninger zords, so unless I am an idiot I'm lost at it's usage)
CHASEMARC I also have all the Ninninger mecha and am equally clueless to the purpose of those spots. All I can think of is that they were left in from earlier designs.
Side note: I wonder how Lion Ha-Oh will be handled by Bandai of America. Probably pretty badly, if the Ninja Steel Megazord is any indication (baltmatrix's had weak knees and an odd mix of too tight and too loose joints).

In general, I wasn't a fan of Ninninger mecha designs. The only one I ended up buying was UFOMaru, which is actually one of my favourite designs in the last few years. But this looks really good and fun to me; I'm not sure why. Inb4 the BoJ version is cheaper than BoA for a while, however.

The first version has been in three videos, but I haven't posted the official version yet. Wanted to start with this since it seemed like people had more questions about this one, and this one should answer nearly every question about the other.

Bruno great review, as always. Now I am curious, do you think (in your personal opinion of course) they would come out with a multi pack of the auxiliary zords as one set? I know right before Christmas with super mega force and last year with Dino charge they came out with megazord multipacks (legendary ultra zord in 2014 & Dino charge megazord Ptera formation in 2015). I noticed they did a lot of multi packs this year with Dino supercharge. I hope they do that with all four of them prob around Christmas next year. I think that will satisfy collectors complaints about buying Another megazord 4 times (for each auxiliary cords). I prob will buy the zords because my son would like it and they don't make noise like ninninger lol. Happy thanksgiving to you and Mia and jerry, and to all of your parents :-)

I hope they don't do more repaints of that Megazord if they release the US version of the other Auxiliary zords. I'm still missing the Pachy Zord from Dino Charge, but people are asking for way too much for it.

great review it looks great but i have to buy another $30 megazord just to get the $12 auxiliary zord. thats really dumb. for collectors to display the normal zord next to the green variant elephant megazord thats a nice option but to not sell it separate. it has to be separate in a future wave of releases
