My school ma'am said that it is quadratic polynomial but i have a doubt how it is quadratic polynomial?? Because it has power 1. The degree of polynomial is 1.in that polynomial equation.so how it is quadratic polynomial?? I have a lot of fear to talks with teachers in class infort of student that's why I can't ask to my school ma'am now, I feel here comfortable so i asked..

X(x+2) = x^2 + 2x = 6
Since the highest power of x is 2 (x^²) so it is a Quadratic Polynomial
And the correct answer is: Quadratic Polynomial.
