??? The “cheap” pan is ceramic nonstick which isn’t nearly as nonstick as Teflon. Find a cheap Teflon pan it’ll be just as nonstick. There are more expensive ceramic pans that will be just as sticky as the “cheap” pan. This test is pointless.

Non stick pans have Teflon and it can’t harm you when you ingest it. In fact it can only come off if you scrape it with anything metallic
