When I did mine I got rid of the eaton fuller shift knob. I replaced it with an anodized aluminum lever style shift handle. I used the old school hi low valve attached to the extension with a worm drive clamp. My wife made a comment about wanting to pleasure herself with the shift knob.

There is really no advantage, its just for looks, there are alot of sizes available, its the “coolness” factor to trucking. Thanks for warching!
