The Feds investigating this case need to be investigated for corruption. False charges were brought forward!
I dont believe for a second that these people are innocent.
The charges were stupid from the start. It's too big a leap to characterize campaign donations as a bribe in exchange to prosecute somebody who did crime against you. If this was true, anybody who donated to this prosecutor's campaign is banned from taking a criminal to court who did a crime against him/her. I think they might have mixed up this with the Kealoha case or maybe they wanted to ride on its association. I never voted for this prosecutor.
Exactly - the feds were retaliating against Kaneshiro and others who would not lie for the feds against Kealoha.

Hawaii Justice system failed, Justice system protects criminals, keneshiro know he is guilty, what goes around comes around sooner or later. Kanashiro bribed someone on the higher up corruption in the highest level of government officials.

Well when you just rigged a jury to somehow exonerate A DEFENDANT FROM HIRING SOMEONE TO ASSASSINATE THE ORIGINAL JUDGE which they all but admittedly did do and have no real defense to argue and were caught red-handed in the middle of attempts at perjury, obstruction, intimidations,and tampering of all evidence and witnesses but can't find any way to look at whether this jury is being compromised... Yeah, it's a fckn threat; it's going to get worse from here

Mr. Kaneshiro, that's the result of a speedy trial process. Choose your words wisely when you're on the news because every word may be used against you. Who's the special prosecution team? Well thank you for shaking up this half ass prosecutor and his half ass team.
But the FEDS FAILED TO GET THE CONVICTION.
This solved nothing. Are you trying to say that this is all part of a wider role in moving Kaneshiro out of the way? For what? An even more crooked set of spineless slugs?
