@@carltonwalton9819 Well, yes, I believe it was her husband Keith. She had been planning to leave him. His brother also came forward and told police that he had solicited him to kill his wife. He was also caught lying about the events leading up to how the stabbing happened. It was all planned out with his adult daughter, which was her step-daughter. What a horrible betrayal!

@@carltonwalton9819women are more likely to die at the hands of her loved one than by anyone else. Especially a husband or boyfriend. It happens so much murder is a leading cause of death for pregnant women in the US. The husband isn't always guilty but this one definitely seems to be.

Do you want to thank him for taking her away too & having her go through what must have been a slow & painful death in such an evil manner? Doesn't make much sense for you to thank him. Can you ask him also why he hates amputees so much next time you chat to him? Ask why everything & everyone else gets a chance of a miracle happening except for amputees. They never get a missing limb to grow back but statues can move & cry & cancers can go away & people come back from death but he says stuff them amputees.

I backed into this yesterday...kinda spot on.
"The brain-disease model overlooks four fundamental truths: (1) our capacity to destroy one another is matched by our capacity to heal one another. Restoring relationships and community is central to restoring well-being; (2) language gives us the power to change ourselves and others by communicating our experiences, helping us to define what we know, and finding a common sense of meaning; (3) we have the ability to regulate our own physiology, including some of the so-called involuntary functions of the body and brain, through such basic activities as breathing, moving, and touching; and (4) we can change social conditions to create environments in which children and adults can feel safe and where they can thrive.
When we ignore these quintessential dimensions of humanity, we deprive people of ways to heal from trauma and restore their autonomy. Being a patient, rather than a participant in one’s healing process, separates suffering people from their community and alienates them from an inner sense of self."

Deanna’s murder had to have been done by a stranger! I feel that her murder was definitely a crime of opportunity, and not planned! This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever! Because if this was committed by someone she knew I truly believe that this case would have been solved a long long time ago! 💯
This murder occurred nearly 30 years ago! I currently live in Somerville, MA, and this murder continues to haunt this city even today. 😔
Unfortunately her dad, aunt and sister died before they even find out the truth. I hope and pray that her mother and the rest of her family find closure and justice real soon. 🙏🏽💙

It does not have to be a stranger. It could be someone living in that neighborhood on that route (the time when it occurred) who had an eye on her for a long time and saw an opportunity. Maybe it even started out as that person trying to hook up with her and when rejected, got angry and raped and killed her.

The sketch looks like Deanna’s boyfriend lol.. idk why but I have a weird feeling the boyfriend killed her. They were in a neighborhood, someone would have heard screams or a struggle if it was a stranger. I think there were no screams because she trusted the boyfriend. He’s probably choked her before out of anger, she’s scared but figures he would let go but she ends up passing out and dying.
She probably wasn’t sexually assaulted but they may have had consensual sex prior to a fight.

Deanna Cremin's case definitely sounds like Somebody Knows Something and doesn't feel Safe, and/or inclined (i.e., partly guilty) to speak up. I have some knowledge of Somerville: Much of Somerville, definitely including Deanna's and her family and friends' style, is a close-knit, neighborhood based place. Similar to East Boston. (There's also an ambitious-'Yuppie'-looking-for-less-expensive {than Cambridge} facet of Somerville. But she's not part of that.) So, someone's staying quiet. High school talks: Seems like high school rumors...e.g., someone jealous, infatuated with the 'popular girl,' would have lead to useful avenues in 1995, 96, and/or point to the BF... Maybe now her Classmates... Seems like DNA too, unless the police botched the storage, will lead to a clear suspect.

This wasn't a 17 year old that committed this crime. This was a serial sexual predator. They should check recent (as of the time of the crime) sex offender parolees who lived or worked nearby and look into genetic genealogy/ged match.
So sad to see this family broken like this.
Could also be a delivery man whose route took him into the neighborhood. A box truck would be a perfect way to conceal a victim. UPS/milkman/ice cream truck could all be explored.
One more avenue is something called the Vidocq Society. It's a club of sorts of volunteer detectives that meet monthly in Philadelphia to try and solve unsolved homicides.
Although, I can't stress enough, GEDMatch, GEDMatch, GEDMatch.

Stick to the facts and respect the victim without all the other stuff IMHO. Any murder is tragic and it seems like they could never be solved by good old fashion detective work it's crazy. Also if you have DNA test it but now it's about the $$$ to test it which is insane all the $$$ this country spends on a bloated military budget giving $$$ to the rich. It's hard for a teenage young man to turn the car steering wheel to take her home safely? He had to drive a bit out of his way to drop her off on her block. But that's kinds the boyfriend thing to do isn't it? Unless he is hiding something.

I bet there was more between them. He probably groomed her. Like most predators do. How can a daughter help end. Her mother's life? My mother died of cancer. Before her time, only at 65.
