Awesome!! The drive is pretty spectacular as well. Sometimes, it's hard to drive, because the scenery is so captivating! Hope you had an awezome time when you were here!
We love driving down PCH. We have not been to Neptune's Net, but we have parked across the street and watched the surfers; it always has patrons - looks like we are going to have to try it. We are big fans of Clam Chowder in a Sourdough bread bowl..yum..now I'm hungry. Great video.
Thanks! Yeah, there's really nothing like driving along PCH. I feel so lucky to leave near the Pacific ocean, and to be able to see views like that. Have you ever been to the Getty Villa? I've been to the large one in Westwood, but never to the villa in Malibu. I"m not sure if it's open yet, since the pandemic, but it's definitely on my list of must-see places.
Hi, This is one of the best videos I have seen today! Keep uploading such superb videos. I look forward to more of your videos my friend. Have a wonderful day! Stay Connected. 😊
Gotta love a big scoop of chowder in an edible bowl. I enjoy your videos, they always bring back my childhood memories. My uncle had a place in Malibu that burned down in the big fire of September1970. A mix of good times and not so good times, but that is the way life's adventures often are. Happiest of adventures to all.
Hi Tom, it's so good to hear from you again! I was getting a little worried something had happened, so I hope you are okay and life is good for you! I'll bet your uncle's place in Malibu was a pretty cool place to visit -- I'm glad I help bring back some nostalgia for you! For sure, I love hearing your stories and your history in this area! Makes me appreciate it a little more. Yep, I definitely need to get back to Neptune's Net for the chowder!
Yup, still doing ok. I'm watching YT on a different device and for some technological mysterious reason I don't get notifications anymore, so I'm not commenting as much. I had to look into my view history to find your reply. I'm glad I did. Its amusing to think that half of my younger life was in LA, though that it was only 6 years. 5 to 11... thanks a lot... Lol. See ya on the next adventure. ☺
Where at in Kentucky are you from? My family is from Menifee county KY. but I'm from southwestern Ohio... I've commented to you before...and am now living up in Sonoma county Cal.
Hi Ayett, I grew up in Harlan, graduated HS in Shelby Co, and graduated college from Morehead. A lot of people at MSU were from Ohio, & I know I've met people from Frenchburg. Sonoma's gorgeous! How did you end up there? I definitely miss my friends & family in KY, but I love the CA weather more.
@@JasmineApple I am a chemist...got my degree at Miami of Ohio in Oxford ..grew up there not far .in Middletown. I ended up here by starting a business testing wines for sugar, acidity, phosphate levels etc.as well as any toxins that may have gotten into barreled beverages( I also work with ciders and any beverage really). How about you? Do you do anything else than make the best vids on UA-cam?
Wow! Your work sounds fascinating! I work for a tech company. Before the pandemic, we had offices in the bay area & I had an apartment in downtown SF. I own my place here in Burbank, so when the pandemic hit, our offices closed & I moved back down here. I'm planning to retire in a few years & wanted something creative to do, so I started this channel. I was always out doing interesting things anyway. I love my home here in Burbank, & I'm really thankful for everything I have, but I also really miss SF and all that area has to offer!
@@JasmineApple I gotta tell ya...I'm more of a small town type. Big cities are nice for a night out, or even a weekend of art museums and a punk show but living around a population of more than a few or more thousand is unnerving to me. The largest I lived in was Richmond Va. But I had to get away from that even. I go to s.f. or Berkeley on occasion, and enjoy it but coming home and hearing one police siren a day is more than heavenly.the only time in L.A. was about 4 hours over two times going to John Wayne airport heading to Cancun.one reason I like your vids is you show me around L.A.in a most excellent way without me having Uber in traffic. I say that because I've never driven a car. I bike or walk everywhere along with public transit and Lyft if needed.all that and I'm 57. If I can, may I make a request? I'd like to see more public art like Burbank takeout, that is beyond breathtaking to me. Your Chinese zodiac is also masterful. If you don't mind would you tell me how you pick your subjects...happy days Jasmine.
After a Race against the Ferrari, it's lunch time

Was there from the uk late April 24.... Pch 1 drive from san Francisco to san Diego .... brilliant.
