Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Which Class A motorhome did you like? Please say hello by leaving a comment below! Also, please feel free to ask any questions or just tell us about yourselves. We want to get to know you and share our RV experiences.
Mike, my favorite was the Alante 29S, if anything, because bedroom seems to be accessible and usable with slide in. May I suggest you show how motorhomes look and how accessible they are with slides in before taking slides out. I would also like to see available outside storage and other outside features. Thanks, these were great examples of small motorhomes that can be parked in State and National parks. We like to see more like these. We currently have a 32 ft. class A that we can park anywhere we find two continuous parking spaces, we don't use a tow vehicle.
Hi Pablo, Glad you liked the video and also appreciate your explanation of why you like the Alante! Good points! We don't mess with the slides when we shoot video because we are at RV Shows or on a dealer lot on battery power...but in the future we will try to represent where the sildes would be if they were in. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike and Susan
I went to a RV show just today and toured almost all of these. I think I now prefer the small Class A over a C simply because of that huge windshield! I was surprised at some under $100K.
That's one of the reasons we purchased our Class A. We love have that view!!! I hope that means prices are coming back down! Thanks for watching and commenting.

Why would 7 people give this a thumbs down? A "small" Class A does have advantages. If you're determined to get the Class A, it makes sense to shop around for ALL sizes, not just the monstrous versions built on a chassis the size of a Greyhound bus. There's nothing wrong with a 29 or 30' long class A. It will be easier to fit it in your back yard if you have to store it at home and you're less likely to struggle with the size when visiting national parks. I've been inside one and yes, they will feel smaller but that's the main tradeoff. Not everyone needs to live like a king and queen in a 50' long "land yacht". Pick the size you feel is best and do NOT let relatives or the sales people pressure you into "getting an extra two feet". I've seen a few Class As in Germany and they were all under 35-37' long. Interestingly, quite a few Germans prefer them as horse-haulers! The back has a stable for 1-2 horses and the rest is a normal RV.

Small class A RV should boast of a size under 24 inches long. They should also focus on raising the RV as high as possible while doing it safely and that might involve incorporating traction control technologies. They must be made 4 wheel drive. Then you will have a winning product that will dominate the RV market
I don't believe I have seen a Class A motorhome home under 24' long. Raising the motorhome higher could create more complications driving the RV under bridges and overpasses, not to mention low hanging trees. Making them 4 wheel drive would be awfully expensive, but does sound like a pretty awesome motorhome. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.

RV Manufacturer just don't know how to place TVs. If they are mounted to high, you won't see much as the angle is too large (plus think about your neck!). Then is the issue of looking at it sideways. We have in the past modified all our RVs to have the TV straight across the sitting area. There might be special brackets you can get to move them as required.
