@@makyhsmakyhs6766 Thank You for the clarification. (There was more than one fragment with pianists in this video clip) But, as I understood it, You answered Deutsche Grammophon's question about Your favorite performance in such way. That is, You chose Rafal Blechacz. ... But then, naturally, questions arise, since Your 1st comment was very short, therefore vague and unclear. I think that You did not say that Bomsori should have been excluded from this performance altogether. And I hope You don't mean to say that Bomsori creates her rating by "shading" the pianist or that she pushes him into the background? Or that in this video clip it was necessary to show Bomsori less often (and more often - Rafal Blechacz, if he played the main part in this performance, of course)? I could be wrong, but what always creates the perfect melody on stage for the audience? Isn't it a harmonious collaboration of artists? ... I might be biased, of course. However, I hope that I was truthful and not rude.
In today's classical musical world, Koreans have a Lot to be proud of. I'm not downplaying Kim, just saying she is far from being alone. Prof. Diva Kang as just one example. Just how such a small nation like S. Korea is producing so many wonderfully talented classical musicians is beyond me. Something of a miracle....really.
Wow. Take one of the most beautiful works ever written for piano, and have Pablo de Sarasate transcribe it for violin. And then have Bomsori play the violin part. A recipe for perfection, and that is exactly what we have here. To my ear, she makes this piece shine even brighter than other lovely performances, like Joshua Bell playing his own transcription. Sometimes ornamentation really transforms a piece. I hope this is in the next 'best of DG' collection.

Why is DG forcing these artists to play such famous and show pieces? Im tired of this “what will sell most” mentality, let them play more interesting repertoire
Sorry, I don’t like the sound of violin here. It’s shaky and uneven on some occasions. The pianist, on the other hand, is superb. The original nocturne is beautiful, and there’s no need to add a violin voice here.
How many times did you play Chopin’s piano music in this life? I know it’s easy for you, but you are not masterpiece for it. I don’t want you to play this kinds famously music of Chopin or other piano composers by your violent made by horse tails killed by humans.

Bomsori's playing

And I am very proud of Bomsori Kim.

Bomsori is a great talent but I don't like transcriptions! This was composed for the piano.
