Your ablity to scratch build is what I love most about this channel. It's the kinda talent I aspire to have. Keep it up friend, you're an inspiration to us all.
I have to say that that was amazing to watch. I loved a lot of the things that you did to weather your model. I am now going to try some of them on my next build. Thank you for the examples of your skills. It was wonderful to see.
Excellent job! Enjoyed the entire build, but particularly the weathering. I see some people think the panel lines are overdone, but that's a subjective interpretation. Overall, I think the model is well done! 🏆🏆🏆
Comme d'habitude toujours un plaisir un voir pour la mise en place des différents détails, rajout de pièces et création d'intérieur. La mise en peinture est toujours aussi belle et de qualité. Superbe modèle et une magnifique vidéo. ~~ As usual always a pleasure to see for the installation of the various details, addition of parts and creation of interior. The painting is still beautiful and of high quality. Great model and a great video.
Super práce. Radost sledovat jen občas po tvém videu mám chuť začít vyšívat nebo navlékat korálky. Otevřu kitník a jdu na to znova. Přeji spoustu krásných modelů a těším se na další tvé video
Superb job! I'm really impressed at the very fine work you have shown in getting the model finished - and your video production is on par with the mad modelling skills. Your technique of collecting the cut roundel mask under a sheet of film is very clever - sneaky 😮 Well done, indeed! Beautiful reveal made me sub, comment and look forward to any other builds you have in store. .
Great Build. Awesome detail and weathering. Never saw the crayon pencils used. Can you share the accessories and photo etch parts that you used on this Build. You definitely know what you are doing. I definitely wish all your special details were viewable, especially with the time you put into such a great Build. I had to save this video for future references. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you all for your feedback. Accessories used: Eduard 481056, Brassin 648075, 648341, 648539, CMK 4451, ASK M48109, Master 48138, Aber A48017, Vector 48-010
Hi Josef, another excellent video, I would like ti get this kit but too large for my display cabinet, thanks again this excellent video build, best regards from Australia.
Most excellent! Very well done , I've been modeling over 50 years and you never cease to amaze me. I've tried several times to replicate the riving as you have done here but I can't ever get it to look right. I'm wondering where you get the blue prints to show you how to lay out the rivet patterns.
Thank you all for your feedback. Drawings with the layout of rivet rows are available in professional literature and sometimes freely on the Internet. But mostly I use photos of real airplanes.
You can also check out Topdrawings from Kagero. They are 20-30 page booklets with rivet schematics in various scales. There are dozens of aircraft to choose from.
Truly amazing work, thank you for sharing! When my brother and I were growing up, we always put bullet holes in our planes for "realism" tho I suppose those were patched up between missions. Anybody ever do this?
Love the ammo belts. They should be metal chutes. Not raw belts. They would not feed effectively without the guidance from the chutes. The only time belts work raw is short feeds from attached ammo boxes or a human feeder guiding the belt. PT Boats did however have quite the rise up but, still entered a feeder before the guns. Still love those belts though. Great detail.
All HKM kit's are riveted as per molding. There is a reference by the forum about this near the end of the post. Your not "counting" them are you ??? HAHAHAHA!!! Regards from Tuckombil via Alstonville and East Ballina 800km north of Sydney via Maroubra 🤙
@Michael Cornforth No disputing the quality of work. I answered your question. If you can Google up the distance from Perth to Alstonville, you can easily find a kit review or plenty of other HKM builds on UA-cam old son. @Primed Model Works you'll see a few. I've done a few 1/32 B17's, an E & F + numerous other HKM offerings and the riveting detail is superb, yet quite subtle. Warm regards 🤪🤙
You are are a true master of the model building hobby. I have learned so much about weathering from your builds. Greetings from SoCal.

G'day. Lovely build indeed . 👍Wondering - did you rivet the kit or did it come pre-riveted? Cheers

@@christiankirkwood3402 Counting? hahahaha shit no!! DSM did a very nice job on the kit. Greetings from Perth, 4758km west of Alstonville. 😁

Thank you all for your feedback. The kit is riveted, but not of very good quality. A lot of rivets are torn out or missing
