Repairing a Chip in Cambria Quartz Countertops

- In this video I recap the process of Cambria's chip repair service for a kitchen countertop. Cambria Countertops are my personal favorite countertop option for any type of stone surface. I love the colors offered but the benefits of the product as well as the service that Cambria offers to the end consumer make it a one of a kind option in my opinion.
Here we have the Cambria Myddleton installed in a kitchen with a chip along the square edge profile. Luckily for the consumer, Cambria offers a chip repair service at no charge to ensure that the repair is done in such a way as not to void the Cambria Lifetime Warranty.
Unfortunately Cambria does not permit filming of the actual process so I am sharing before and afters as well as giving a breakdown of what the process looks like. The quick takeaway...don't panic if you get a chip in your countertop as a great result can be achieved by a Cambria certified technician doing the repair.

I had Cambria countertops put in less than a year ago. I had two chips on the edge of the countertop that were putting holes n clothes when cooking. There chips around the edges of the sinks. The edge on top of the sink was also worn and no longer smooth. All they fixed was two of the major chips, just by sanding them. They didn’t fix the chips around the sink or the rough edge, which they said was normal wear and tear-mind you these aren’t even a year old. They also want to charge $190 for a service call. I am really unhappy with the product! I paid a fortune for this and I am thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau!

I just came across your video because I just chipped the edge of my counter and I want to repair it myself. I purchased my countertops in 2018. CAMBRIA stated they will fix a manufacturing defect free of charge, NOT chips caused by accidents or misuse. Where did you get this information from?
