Sorry to hear that Martin, happy to take feedback onboard, what is it you don’t like, the travel content or? What videos would you like to see or get back to, genuinely interested and would appreciate any suggestions you or anyone has 👍🏻😊
Darren just got to say ive have following you for the last 4/5years and i love all of your videos from the early days of starting out in a motorhome to all the adventures you kindly take us with you.well done keep them coming
Mate you need to turn right at the Tarbet end of the Loch Lomond road, you will drive around the end of Loch Long and up the Rest and be thankful. Amazing views from the top with a car park and a great food van. If you continued on you can go left to Dunoon alongside Loch Fyne or continue on and go around the other side of Loch Fyne past the original Oyster and seafood shop into Inveraray and onto Oban
The A82 at Dumbarton side is one of the busiest roads in the central belt. I stopped that’s last time I was going north to Fortwilliam. There’s an M&S foods there too as well as the black rooster. If you managed to sleep there, hats off to ya!
That road can be a nightmare, I did it this year and encountered wagons passing buses, one after the other ! Must say the professional drivers are incredible 👍
Yeah it definitely can be a clear case of rough with the smooth that’s for sure, all that beauty but some tough roads to navigate for some. Where in Scotland did you go Richie?
@@TheUrbanMotorhome we’ve been going to the west coast from fort William a place called Arisaig, holidaying for the last 30 years and loving it. Camping on the edge of the beach on a very small campsite that just draws you back time after time, it’s so tranquil 😎
We went up on a bank holiday Friday afternoon! I nearly peed my pants but not with excitement, it was a brand new motorhome, caravans and busses a plenty, beautiful but I hated it
Also go to Inveraray,,drive past Tarbert from Glasgow, straight past the hotel and follow you nose up by Loch Fyne and step back in time to the 18th century,,,the Ardloii hotel is very good for a meal at night or in the bar during the day on the way to Fort William just past Tarbert.

Totally agree Das, Loch Lomond is very pretty and is well worth a visit, there are other places to pull over too but cant wait until this special park-up renovations are finished. The midges are one of the downsides, but usually can get away from them by getting back from the water. The Loch Lomond tours are great and a lovely experience, shame that you didn't quite have the nice sunny weather, they say about the west highland way, but you can actually do it by boat from Inverness to Fort William, it's 60 miles long following the Caledonian canal with seeing Scotland from the water perspective is great. We got the NC500 book and are now planning our trip soon. Enjoy your Chicken Black Roaster dinner 😋perhaps you should have also got a portion of wings for later 😉
