I feel like if you’re going to play gazelle as a 3 of and as your main starter, then chimera fusion is a mandatory 3 of. To good not to. Love the videos, keep up the good work
Personally I really liked it, I like how it gave you the ability to play around Dbarrier plus set up negation/Protection from HTS, the issue is, that its risk and reward you play a couple of cards you dont want to see and if your unlucky enough to draw them it makes the hands slightly awkward. I played the deck at locals and t did really well, 0 bricks, then played it at an OTS and I kept seeing Tamtam one of, which made the hands really tricky and awkward, but still playable.
I cant stress how good Tamtam is tho you can loop poly from deck or GY and it lets you get a 3 negate appo instead of 2, means you can play 2 refrain instead and crossheep which is more generic that exceed the pen
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh I'll take your word for it, we'll see how the locals go and I'll put her into the deck for the next tournament which is like 3 weeks away. Thanks for answering the questions and quick replies!
I'm gonna play this build so glad that melodious got its support...if only Melodious had other extra deck types like odd eyes 😞

Yeah I looked at bits to cut back on and felt fusion was an option for that, defo going back to 3 now tho
Can we play without the 3 Ostinato? It's really difficult to find right now.
sadly not, its the core component for this version, if you dont have it, Id say play the rank 6 version or the branded version
Maybe a stupid question, I've seen your video and experimented with melodious, branded and chimera. Is this somewhat of a good build?

@@zephyrwargamesyugioh i run a 3x refrain and 1x couplet so i hope I don't get hit with the unlucky hammer at locals next week.

@dootor-san yeah as a note she's not a once per turn and also she burns your opp when used on ostanato and if you poly her to make a 2nd bacha
Is it fine to try this deck without the 3 apprentice?
You can but Apprentice makes a massive difference to consistency
Nevermind, I was able to get 3 lol
